December already? Wow! Where did the time go so quickly?!?
Started out the month with an early morning dentist appt for a root canal. It’s kinda tough trying to drink a cup of coffee with numb lips.
If we keep getting these cold temperatures, we might wake up to some snow. We’ve only had snow twice since we moved here way back in ‘87. I’m satisfied to just see the snow-capped Sierras on a clear day.
To: ConorMacNessa
Happy WF Wednesday, Conor.
Those little cuties look like they are staying warm in this cold weather.
Has the rain stopped?
If we had any moisture here, it would be snowing.
We had several days where temps dropped to 24 degrees at night.
It has warmed a little today.
Hope you are having a great day.

Can you believe that I've only gotten to post #12?

I saw downthread that you remembered how to make it snow! Wonderful!!
Have a painfree Warm Fuzzy Wednesday.

Amy, I worked on one post with snow and something was wrong in my commands and I stayed with it almost an hour and finally had to delete it. I did ask Billie about it and she quickly showed me the error of my ways....LOL!
So later, I completed one to post finally! Its funny what you can forget in 9-10 months, isn’t it? Now, I think it’ll be okay.
I loved all your snowy graphics today....very pretty!! I am getting ready to go pick up something to eat....haven’t decided what yet!! I am warming up my car....its so cold!

A note from my ((( Bro )))
Bottle of Wine
A woman and a man are involved in a car accident on a snowy, cold Monday morning; it's a bad one.
Both of their cars are totally demolished, but amazingly neither of them is hurt.
God works in mysterious ways.
After they crawl out of their cars, the man is yelling about women drivers.
The woman says, 'So, you're a man, that's interesting - I'm a woman!
WOW, just look at our cars! There's nothing left, but we're unhurt. This must be a sign from God that we should be friends and live in peace for the rest of our days.'
Flattered, the man replies, 'Oh yes, I agree completely, this must be a sign from God!
But you're still at fault ... women shouldn't be allowed to drive.'
The woman continues, 'And look at this, here's another miracle. My car is completely demolished but this bottle of wine didn't break.
Surely God wants us to drink this wine and celebrate our good fortune.
She hands the bottle to the man.
The man nods his head in agreement, opens it and drinks half the bottle and then hands it back to the woman.
The woman takes the bottle, puts the cap back on and hands it back to the man.
The man asks, 'Aren't you having any?'
The woman replies, 'No. I think I'll just wait for the police...'
MORAL OF THE STORY:
Women are clever, evil witches.
Don't mess with them.

Hi Jaycee.
I don’t think I’ve posted that red bird. It was made in PSP instead of PhotoImpact. I think I had forgotten about it and found it while looking for something wintery. :)
I’m not feeling much like doing anything this afternoon, tho I still have pings to answer.

Hi, Lori, Looking at the posts today and seeing all the pretty snow falling puts me in a Christmas-y kind of mood, and yesterday I was ready for January to get here so the holidays would be over again!
Hope you got rid of the malware - did you download "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware program? I use that and PC Matic together (thanks to lonestar!) and it really seems to do a good job in addition to regular virus program.

Hey, Billie! Yes, I used malwarebytes. It did a great job, and very quickly, after I spent all day trying to manually locate and delete the infected files. It was impossible because some of the bugs were hidden in the registry. Malwarebytes did the trick and it is wonderful to have a clean machine again.
I am trying to get in the mood for Christmas. I am sure I will the closer it gets but, for now, I am just not there yet.
To: MEG33
Isn’t it frustrating when you get these malicious files on your computer and you can’t get them off? My son was telling me, at the corporation where he works there are several people who’s sole job it is to keep viruses, malware and spyware off of their computers. Just think of the money and resources that are spent each year on eradicating this stuff, let alone ME, who spent all day in a fruitless attempt to clean my computer. It’s maddening.
To: jaycee
Hi jaycee! My computer is fine this morning, thanks to a free program called malewarebytes. It located and removed the varmints off of my computer and all is well. I am so glad my husband found that website. He didn’t know how to get it off my computer himself, but he did the next best thing in locating a program that could.
To: JustAmy
Thank you, Amy. I’ve never had a pain-free day in my life! LOL! I use to tell my friends that I wasn’t going to do Fall cleaning and would do it in the Spring. Then, when Spring comes, you can use the same excuse to do it in the Fall. If you can still see through the windows, whats the use to clean.....LOL! I wish Maxine was my next door neighbor. teehee!
