as you know, the Korean war is not ended untill now, technically speaking. so there are things that people think not fair or odd in peace time. AA gun site on top of buildings downtown Seoul is one of them.

Just the other day the jet fighters took off from the nearby airfield and went cruising out to slow down/stop a plane approaching the Capitol Building.

No, but I can’t say I’m surprised.
How tall is that building? It looks like it is 200 stores high or on a mountain. The buildings below look 3,000 feet lower.

There are Patriot Missile Batteries around DC.
Seoul would be the main target of NK if a war breaks out, although I am not sure its air forces would be all that effective.
I bet some Kim Che and Hot Pot will warm you up.
Wars only ends when one side decisively loses.
And I do love me some kim chee. Nothing better to keep one regular.
