Thurs, I froze the last bit of the veggie soup I made last weekend. : )
Grew most of the veggies myself, too.
Same with the chili, 'cept for the meat and beans. I use frozen peppers for the seasoning, no chili powder.
OK.....now I got to go do it! getting hungry!
Have been growing my own beans. They’re easy, dry right on the vine and can be canned, frozen or stored dry. Even dry easy to just drop some into tomatoes night before to rehydate.
