CBS announced today that one of its top shows, "Two and a Half Men," is on hiatus as the series' star, actor Charlie Sheen, entered rehab, one day after he was hospitalized following an allegedly drug-fueled bender with porn stars at his LA home, TMZ reported.
"He is most grateful to all who have expressed their concern," the statement added.
"Due to Charlie Sheen’s decision to enter a rehabilitation center, CBS, Warner Bros. Television and executive producer Chuck Lorre are placing 'Two and a Half Men' on production hiatus," according to a statement from CBS, Warner Bros. Television and executive producer Chuck Lorre.

Sheen, 45, "voluntarily entered an undisclosed rehabilitation center" on Friday, his publicist said in a statement.
"He is most grateful to all who have expressed their concern," the statement added.

"We are profoundly concerned for his health and well-being, and support his decision," the statement added.
Sheen, in a text message to Radar Online's senior executive editor Dylan Howard, spoke for the first time since he was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital.
"I'm fine," he said. "People don't seem to get it...Guy can't have a great time and do his job also?"

They could script it so that while Charlie is in rehab his house goes up for foreclosure and is bought by a wealthy, devout moslem Pakistani physician. When Charlie returns after rehab, he hits on the doctor's burka-clad wife and laughter ensues.
If Hollywood actors were subjected to random drug testing as per conditions of being given a role, the place would become a ghost town.
And Charlie is beheaded.

Time for Charlie to slow down. Maybe 1 Porn Star instead of 5 and let go of the blow and smoke some weed.
Two and a Half Men is an idiotic, trite, badly-acted vehicle for overgrown delinquent a-hole Sheen.
Just shows how easily amused, and how low people’s standards are in general.
That they should pay this degenerate a million per episode is appalling.
