Nice to 'see' you!

So sweet, teenie. I love these little kind of graphics.
You are more than welcome. Yes, life does get busy. I love Amy’s Place but all of a sudden you realize you are so behind in EVERYTHING and must get caught up. When my work gets too behind, I’m a wreck. Guess I must learn when to work and when to play, don’t you?
Right now, I would like to clean out every drawer, every cabinet and every closet in my house and get rid of STUFF. I hope I can soon get started on that.
Hello Conor, what a beautiful, serene sight. Hope you’ve had a very nice Thursday. Its been quiet at Amy’s today. Guess we are worrying about our dear friend, Jim. We will all just keep sending up prayers for him.
Have a great Friday tomorrow, Conor.
Have you heard any late news about Jim? I was hoping to hear from Amy before my bedtime. Our time differences are so far apart. Have you checked over on Jim’s prayer thread tonight?
I just now checked in over there and just came back. I think I may go to bed now since its nearing midnight. Lets all remember Jim in prayer tonight and expect a miracle. God still does the miracles if its in His will.
Goodnight and God Bless.
At the beginning of March, my friend began a countdown. Marked on the calendar in her office were the 20 days left until the first day of spring. One morning when I saw her, she volunteered, Only 12 more days! A few days later, Only 6! Her enthusiasm started to rub off on me, and I began to keep track as well. Just 2 more days, Jerrie! I know! she beamed.
As believers, we have something to look forward to that is even more exciting than the anticipation of budding flowers and lots of sunshine after a long winter. God has made many promises in His Word, and each one has been or will be fulfilled. But the certainty that Christ will return is one of the greatest promises of all. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. . . . Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and well be with Him forever (1 Thess. 4:16-17).
Although no one can know the exact day, we have Gods promise that Jesus will come back (Acts 1:7-11). As we celebrate the spring and coming Easter season, lets encourage each other in anticipation of that day!
Good Morning Mayor and what a GLORIOUS thought today. He is coming again. JESUS is coming again!~
Jaycee, that is the sweetest graphic!!!
Polly...waving a good morning to you from Los Angeles.
Can I ask a special prayer from you all today. My dear sister Barbara starts her chemo treatments today. This chemo treatment as I understand is most difficult, if there can be such a thing! I think all chemo must be difficult personally.
But Barbara’s cancer is a very aggressive type , thus treatment will be aggressive too.
Thanks in advance.
Polly
ps. I’m using this post to ping my prayer warriors too.
Polly, special prayers being offered for your sister, Barbara.
Father, hear our prayers. Please hold and comfort Barbara as she faces this aggressive treatment. Stand with her family and give them strength. We ask in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Our middle daughter has a co-worker who underwent chemo recently. Knowing of the hair loss which would occur, Shelley had her head shaved as an act of love and support for her friend.
.
It's become a regular occurrence for me to pop my buttons from pride with our three girls
God still does the miracles if its in His will.
Right you are and the news this morning comes close!
You’re right, Polly. Chemo is a very difficult treatment on any body. Aggressive is more so. Special prayers for Barbara.
What an absolutely selfless act that was by your daughter! You and Mrs.D have performed well in rearing. God Bless you and your daughters!
