I don't know Dragnet. I do know the robbers ran into the wrong pharmacy. They don't call it a Judge because it's small. I have no problem with the first part of the video, that is self defense....the unloading of the .38 into an unarmed man on the floor is the only problem I have. If the man had been armed it would be justified......unfortunately that is not the case.

Yes there is no confusing the Judge for the 8.3 ounce Kel-Tec 380 in that video.
But again, the corner would have no way of knowing if the robbery suspect in this case, was moving, or unconscious at the time.

This guy might have been a BS'er, but he didn't lie about two violent robbery suspects entering his store, attempting to rob him at gun point.

I agree completely. The problem is we don't blow away "unarmed idiots" flopping on the floor. Unarmed idiots would be the key point here.
According to the video you provided, it indicates the corner said the suspect would have survived the fist shot. That would clearly indicate the wounded suspect could have possibly been moving, attempting to get up, when the robbery victim walked back toward the suspect and shot him again.
