What frost's my butt is that Obozo and his cronies in Congress voted themselves a pay raise, but because they have “redefined” how inflation is measured when it comes to Social Security increases (which conveniently leaves out things like gasoline and food costs), those of us living on SS haven't seen a raise in two years “because the cost of living hasn't increased”. Really? WTF rock are you living under? And just what did you clowns in DC do to warrant a raise? It sure as hell isn't because you're doing a good job.

How about this?

Prices are up on all groceries... But not as apparent as it should be...

16oz canned goods are now 15oz.
6oz canned tuna is now 5oz.
Half gallon (64oz) OJ is now 59oz.
Paper towels and toilet paper sheets are smaller.
The list goes on...

You’re welcome. Just used HTML 4 table tags:

TABLE BORDER sets up a table with a border
TR creates a row in the table
TH creates header data item in the table row (column)
TD creates a data item in the table row (column)

The list was created using HTML 4 unordered list tags:

UL sets up an unordered list
LI creates a list item

Not into Facebook or Twitter. As I have been out of work since last October, I don’t want to accidentally put out something on one of those sites that a potential employer could use to disqualify me. Of course, if I was running for Congressman? Weiner’s seat...

Unless my calculator’s broken or some of the base numbers are wrong, it’s worse than the chart indicates. But then if these were the official figures produced by the government, it figures.

This was posted on Face Book and here is the Dummy Funny Reply’s:

Dummy 1:
This is a completely different topic than the deficit lol but man I see where you’re coming from, but you have too realize there’s limited options politicians have. Yes those are facts in the photo above, but other factors have caused these changes foreign policy, limited resources etc. not Obama’s spending plan. The reason we’re 4 Trillion dollars more in debt is because we run a deficit EVERY year. You can’t have your cake and eat it too... in other words you can’t spend spend spend, and not collect enough revenue and think it’s going too be okay. Fact of the matter is if we want too continue too spend big money and enjoy the benifits of social security, medicaid, and have a strong military, that would recquire an increase in taxes... but the American people don’t want that so the other option would be we have too spend less money! Look up the percentages of the breakdown on what the United States spends their money on each year.

Dummy 2:
Thats not just Obama...thats Obama with a Republican house and senate. People just think about the President but he is merely a puppet. Its one mans ideas going against a whole group of people with opposite ideas. Thats why people should get out and vote, not just for presidential elections...after all, that is just one minute part of the whole governmental system. WELP... Im done.

Dummy 1:
Once again, the increase in spending comes from medicaid, social security, military spending. What I’m trying too say is the things Obama spends money on are small Million dollar things. While things he can’t change that I’ve noted above are racking up hundreds of billions of dollars! Also other factors contribute too the rising deficit, are you familiar with the “Baby boom?” well that group is now too the age where they’re collecting social security which has caused even more government spending! Once again, I’m telling you as a political analyst and an avid follower of current events and politics that there is nothing more Obama can really do, or any president for that matter. If he cuts medicaid, those who rely on it will be upset, if he cuts military spending, those in the military, strong believers in our defense and all who lose jobs as a result will be upset, if you cut social security, you will have enraged elders. What else can he do?

Dummy 3:
Why do people continue to place the blame solely on President Obama? Any person who believed that he would come in and immediately get everything under control as one man is not thinking realistically. If you really break down the intricacies of the steps it takes to develop and enforce governmental policies and procedures you have no choice but to realize that there are a lot more people to blame than just the President. I know it makes people feel better by having at least one person to blame, but if it was just as simple for him to come in and hit a button to make the “necessary/idealistic” changes- I’m sure he or any other presidential elect would do so. It’s not that easy, especially when there are so many opposing factors. Additionally, we as Americans need to look at ourselves and ask what we are doing to contribute to the deficit and the downfall of America. How about we make education a priority so that we are more skilled to get higher paid jobs so we can afford health insurance? How about we stop having more kids than we can actually take care of (By no means am I pushing abortion- but promiscuity and the increasing amount of unsafe sex are ridiculous). How about we go back to family values and see the importance of the institution of marriage and having two-income households? How about we stop accruing debt as individuals that we can’t pay off and stop living beyond our means? I am not going to even talk about people on welfare and food stamps that are walking around with $100+ tennis shoes on and cell phone bills that cost more than $100/mo. People can be pissed at President Obama all they want- but at the end of the day, we all need to take ownership of the parts we play in our society.

Dummy 4:
The person do blame is those who could vote since 2000. We elected a congress and a senate who did not control our budget. President Bush is the one who bailed out the banks. The banking issue revolves solely on irresponsible and greedy bankers. President Obama bailed out GM and an insurance company. The bailing out of these companies were not ment to fix the problem. They were ment as a patch to protect the American public. President Obama proposed a bill which is a law for national health care. Obama’s national health care will not work. Instead, each state will make their own type of health insurance for their people. This was done on purpose and the President was aware of this. It’s the American’ public’s public fault that we are in this situation. There is too much goverment control!!!! China has the obility to Manipulate the American dollar. The only think this list really tells me is that oil has gone up. If oil goes up, everything else will. The things that went down involve Federal spending limits. If we continue spending like we are now, there will be no more United States. Our President was rated one of the most socialistic senator in the United States. He’s background is wishy washy and has lied to the American public. Thats all politians. You wouln’t elect someone if they didn’t tell you what you wanted to hear. It doesn’t matter who the President is, you should respect him and hope he leads the country.

Dummy 5:
Man...what folks don’t realize is that it’s not just Obama. He doesn’t have the final say in ANYTHING he decides to do. Everything is approved through Congress. Basically, Obama is the quarterback, while congress is the coach.

Feel free to comment on these dummies, I need fuel for the fire I’m about to light!!!
