Baez is still trying to keep Cindy’s info out. Apparently they found no searches on the computer for chlorophyll on the home computer.

Attorneys arguing now on admitting a forensics testimony. Baez fighting tooth and nail against State's expert who is going to impeach testimony of defense's witness, that weird forensic pathologist.
Judge Perry is not buying Baez's schtick. He just made him an offer: Depose State's witness and we'll work through Sunday. Take it or leave it. LOL

I wonder why the prosecution doesn’t just call Dr. G to rebut the testimony of Dr. Spitz. Anyone know?

Pray for justice for Casey as it looks as if she will be convicted, railroaded, even though there is no evidence proving her guilt.
I believe her lecherous scumbag father was responsible for Kaylee's death. Going along with the cover up was a disastrous decision by Casey.
Everyone was talking about George's compelling testimony. BS meter pegged way over. What a phony. If he tried to commit suicide, it was because he was responsible for Kaylee's death.
Should she have taken the stand? Absolutely not. She will get her appeal, a new (competent) lawyer, and maybe a decent judge. She can then testify when all the furor has died down. Maybe by then she can get a “fair” trial and an “impartial” jury.
There is a remote chance that the jury will do the right thing and acquit her or possibly a hung jury. If I were on the jury it would be hung. Regardless of her guilt, the state did NOT prove their case. Smell-O-Meter? Pahleeze. Everyone is an “expert” as to what human decomposition smells like? No cause of death? No DNA evidence. Creepy meter man who thought he saw a human SKULL and didn't go over and look at it.
There WAS an attempt to cover up the death. Why? Unknown for sure. Who was involved? Unknown for sure. But MURDER? No way.
Don't waste your time beating me up over this. I will not be reading your replies or commenting on them as I already know what is going to be heaped upon me.

Maybe it rings more true with a jury of a 3rd party expert backs up what Dr. G did in the autopsy.

Good morning, truthkeeper! I even got my hubby interested in this case.
I caught the “Finger” episode on You Tube last night (or as Judge Perry called it: a case of “middle-finger affection,”) and it was great!
Baez seems to be trying to get out of claiming his side has rested!

Judge Perry says he wants a copy of the State's report in question; he'll read it and make a determination on the matter. "If I find out that this is an imaginary problem..."
Ooh, Baez better hope he doesn't get called out on his little circus sideshow. That is going to be one unhappy judge.
Court now in recess subject to call.

That’s exactly what I was going to say. Great minds think alike, they say. LOL I’d like to see Dr. G again.
Baez acting like a$$ again.

Baez is just stalling for time ‘cause he knows what’s coming down the pike. Seems to me like he’s trying to take back that he rested his case.

IMO it is an imaginary problem and the judge already knows this. Baez and Casey have nothing else but imaginary stuff to go on.

That makes sense. I didn't consider that.

In the last minute of the Judge speaking about this subject, did you see Baez smirking to someone off camera? That guy’s a real jerk.
Those poor jurors. In my experience with jury duty, jurors tend to convict when their time is abused.

The problem is the defense witness said there was organic brain matter and it should have been tested. The State's expert (sounds like they went to the top of the food chain in selecting him, too) did a "brain wash" that the State says proves there IS no organic matter. This is all in the report they want to admit, which the defense DID have a copy of. The defense says it is NOT in the report.
So that is why Judge Perry asked for a copy and warned "I hope this is a real problem and NOT an imaginary problem..."
God help Baez if it IS in the report. Remember Fingerboy yesterday?
