That’s for sure but you’ve heard about people being suckers....I get a kick out of him SOMETIMES - like when he was getting shot at in Lybia and running for cover with NO COVER in sight. At my wife’s work place today and while at dinner break she and her co-workers were watching the trial. Mason asking for mistrial kept saying no one knew how Caylee died or when and who did it. The women, about 20 or so, as one, pointed to Casey and said”ask her, ask her!
You know this trial should be a wake up call for all parents.
Training your child to lie is not a good parenting skill.

My theory: duct tape over mouth after a whiff of chloroform. After Caylee wakes up she starts crying and nose gets congested by mucous and she suffocates. Casey keeps her in car 5-7 days then dumps body.
Dogs hit in backyard where she sat leaking bag down next to she wanted to bury Caylee but Bamboo roots and Square shovel won’t let her.

At least you got one thing right. You probably haven't heard all the evidence like the jury. She is guilty as hell, IMO. She is the ONLY one with motive and opportunity, she is the ONLY one driving around, partying and whoring around for 31 days without calling the police.

My theory.
Caylee was becoming aware and verbal. Casey was NOT going to let a 2 1/2 year old blow her scams and lies. Therefore,
When Tone said no Caylee at his house at night. What was she going to do. Leave Caylee with G&C and run the risk of Caylee TALKING? No she began Chloroforming her.
She overdosed Caylee, intentionally or not. It is felony Child Abuse. She got trash bags and threw Caylee in them.
She then went to the house to bury her in the backyard like all the pets had been buried. Backed the Car in the Garage. Got the Whinney the Pooh Blanket. Borrowed the neighbors shovel when she couldn’t get into Georges shed.( remember she had TonE meet her at the house sometime later to break into the shed to get the gas cans) TonE admitted hit broke in. anyway back to the timeline.
Then she took Caylee to the backyard and laid her on the grass. GARUS (COP DOG HIT) figured out where Caylee was.

Took the shovel back. Threw Caylee in the trunk. She kept her in the trunk trying to figure out what to do with the body. Then the decomp began to permeate the Car. Like a Dog returning to it’s vomit. She remembered the swamp trash dump by the house. She took Caylee to the Swamp and while she was taking her into the swamp she got decomp on her pants. Not being the brightest bulb in the box, she couldn’t get rid of the Decomp odor. Abandoning the car.
I think her trip to steal Daddy’s Gas Cans were to burn Caylees body. But it’s hard to hide a fire.
Anyway, Cindy washed those pants because she KNEW exactly why those pants stunk. She said they smelled like the Car.
And then all hell broke loose.
That is what the Prosecution has proven beyond a reasonable doubt. And the Jury is allowed to use common sense.
George sold his car for $4,400 and gave the money to
Cindy for deposit. Cindy gave it to Casey to deposit and she kept the money and gave her parents a FAKE deposit slip.
Her butt would have been kicked to the curb that night, period, and I would have gone to court to take the child. Casey had no job/no income and her partying was enough reason to get custody of Caylee. She was always unfit to raise that child and the parents had to know that.
Casey had been stealing long before Caylee went missing. She ran up her mother’s credit cards and stealing to the point her parents had to take a second mortgage on their house.

Geraldo always has a legal opinion, but I don’t think he’s practiced a day of law in his life, and couldn’t find the court house if his life depended on it. Going to law school doesn’t “make” a lawyer.
Years ago I attended a trial (civil, not criminal) where one of the attorneys had been counsel to a former POTUS. He was very good at that, but when he had to stand before a jury in a real courtroom, you could tell he was a nervous wreck. His last trial was probably moot court in law school, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Geraldo’s was too.
It was the day after Father's Day where they have video of Caylee sitting on the lap of her greatgrandfather, so it was a pretty memorable weekend.
Still, I don't believe the defense theory. Then again, I don't believe the prosecution theory either. I beleive she killed her accidently as I described in post #338.
