I said some time back that I am looking forward to the time when Baez is disbarred tho it may not come as a result of this trial...it WILL happen. Looks now like it may come as a result of this trial after all.

I think he and his law clerks will pore over the report immediately and hone in on the brain matter section, and God help Baez if it's right in there as Ashton says. Baez will have hell to pay.
So the short answer to your question is, it all depends on how long it takes Baez to depose the witness. Something tells me it will be a very, very SHORT deposition and they'll be back in today (if Baez knows what is good for him). Judge Perry is ticked off enough with the delays.

I heard on TV or read online somewhere that perhaps George and Cindy were initially looking at Krystal River Cruz as a potential “Zanny the Nanny” person as she meets the physical description Casey gave of the nanny.

Ugh, God yes. You see this all the time in family law. It is hell going up against them. You kill yourself getting YOUR case all shiny, pretty, and tied up with a big bow and then they pull their ridiculous stall tactics. Worse yet, you have to explain it to the client who still has to pay for your time, which has all been wasted.

This Judge should be removed from this case for his clear Bias. That statement is one of many things he has done. Even if there is a conviction. It will be reversed on appeal because of Perrys shenanigans. Right now the State seems desperate. Ashton is terrified he is losing and going in to extensive rebuttal. Looks like because of the prejudice of this idiot Judge the case may go on for another week.
