I’m sure Glenn will be a good neighbor! However. I wish he’d go somewhere else to live. I can barely drive in Austin anymore for all the thousands of people moving here. I kind of long for the good ole days when it was just us Texans but—guess I’m just getting old

too many old folks who dont have computers or cable news........they still think the alphabet news tells the truth....added to the libtards makes for an awful lot of uninformed folks. in other words, the msm has a solid base. Every time they carry a body bag out of a nursing home; the MSM loses another customer...that base is shrinking.

Good heavens - you must be in the City and have Center Point! In the ‘burbs I have 2800 sq ft and pay between $160 and $200 a month in the summer. High for my neighborhood but I run my business out of my home. Water bill including twice a week trash pick-up is always $49.13. Our MUD should be paid out next year and we will then regretfully be part of the city of Pearland so water will probably go up.

The first reports said he would be renting for 20K per month. I like it cept the wife would need a couple new vacuums.

Whoa! How’d you get of with such a low water bill? You must not water your yard.

Don’t think that he got such a deal on that house whether he is renting it or bought it. We have a 25,000 sq. foot one for about the same price as that in the Washington DC area. Go figure. Even in the Great Falls area, you can get a 7000 footer for under 2 mil.

Westlake is a nice town north of Houston (unless I’m mistaken) It’s rather conservative and definitely well-to-do.

Rush is helping celebrate 4th of July and throwing a tea party this weekend in Joplin ,Mo which is still recovering from tornadoes. Part of the proceeds go to a Marine charity, said he will talk about American exceptionalism.

I don’t like it for him at ALL. Too many large windows, too close to the street, too vulnerable. From a security standpoint it’s a disaster. He needs to buy someplace out in the sticks with a long driveway and long sight-lines.

I would, if I didn't love the weather in San Diego so much... Hey, and we might be seceding from upper California, too!
My dream for CA was to split in to three states, though...Northern CA, Southern CA, and New CA. San Diego, Palm Springs, and Orange County would = New CA. We'd really close the border, buy Baja (and turn it into a FANTASTIC resort area), vote Conservative and we'd be FINE!!! People would be flocking here. It's absolutely GORGEOUS here!!!

Glenn once mentioned that a Connecticut neighbor spent 4 million dollars building their dream house.
The neighbors had to sell it after the crash, and were forced to sell it for $1.5 million.

(Palin / West in 2012 or West / Palin. Either combination will serve America well.)
