Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

Good grief.......the defense had no part in deciding the rebuttal would be tomorrow? after they rattled on and on and used up the clock for today? Everyone needs a dang break including the jurors. Boring as heck with that second lawyer for the defense....he was putting us all to sleep.

Honestly I am. I feel the Freepers are biased for the state and media template we always accuse the Libs of. Really I do. I thought most Freepers would be for the Constitution and the burden of proof on the state. Really. But I find myself almost alone. Oh well. But no hard feelings. I honestly do not see the proof. Just the media template.

Being able to give their rebuttal tomorrow when everyone is rested, and when they’ve had the opportunity to view today’s videos if they want, is an enormous advantage for the prosecution.

No. I was watching on TV with a friend. I think Baez did huge damage to the state.
I would go lock mine in the trunk of the car to make it hard to get at..if it weren’t so hot in the garage..!

I have spent the last hour and a half thinking just exactly that! I don’t know just when it was she “supposedly” went back to work at Universal after Caylee’s birth so I don’t know when it was she started disappearing from the house or how old Caylee was when she did. There weren’t any witnesses who said that she spent the time with them - except the many boyfriends. Where was she?
I think I know where you DON’T WANT TO GO and it’s not pretty because if I’m right, it’s very unpleasant. Just who did she leave Caylee with and when did it start?
As far as I can tell, she left Caylee with her dad when she left the house for work (SUPPOSEDLY until she changed her work hours) and he watched Caylee until he went to work in the afternoons and then he dropped Caylee off with Cindy at work and then they went home together at the end of day.
Just when did Casey show all this love and devotion to her child? Chaney Mason said just an hour ago she was a devoted mother, a very good mother and people testified to such. Who? One person that I know of - Mallory, Lee’s fiance’. Under what conditions die Mallory see her in?
Did anyone ever testify that she:
1. Fed the baby
2. Changed the baby
3. Bathed the baby
4. Took the baby to the doctor
5. Took the baby to the park
6. Played with the baby in the backyard or elsewhere
7. Washed the baby’s clothes
8. Cleaned the baby’s room
9. Met all the demands of a 2 year old
10. Put the baby to bed
11. Put the baby down for a nap
12. Rocked her or read to her or sang to her
13. Tended to her when she was sick
14. Tended to her if she woke up in the night
I don’t see that she did anything but give birth. She was not a mother to this child. She did love having her picture taken with her in playful settings and of course, these pictures are supposed to prove she loved her child and that she was a very good mother. HOGWASH!
I have a 2 1/2 year old grandson and I know his mother is on the go all day long with his care and keeping house and all that goes with that. It’s different when I have him for a day or a few hours as I don’t have all those demands on my time and I can thoroughly enjoy him.

Proof? Circumstantial......the child was missing and dead..decaying in fact and MOMMY Dearest was out partying. Explain that. She never reported her own daughter missing...the grandmother did. I would say that is a big slice of evidence right there.
what would be the advantage of that? We have nothing to gain either way. Some of us have been following parts of this since we first heard little Caylee was missing and believed Casey that Zanny the nanny took her. (for about 5 mins. but still...)
There is no reason for any of us to be biased against the State.

Hey. She is a very good family friend and she told me she totally understood Caseys blocking of the reality. Before Mason mentioned to Kill a Mockingbird she brought it up. I am way old but I think that Baez really connected today. Panicing th biased Judge, The Media, and Ashton. Burdick and the other guy on the state team seem normal. Ashton reminds me of Obama. Baez scored so big the Judge who was in such a hurry slowed it down to give the State a chance to re-group. He will be reversed for Bias in the event of a conviction. But now I do not think they will get one.
