Call me Pollyanna, but the Judge did give FingerBoy 6 days. Hopefully he has scoured the law so she can cool her heels a little longer.
I understand American D., that the only way that could happen is if the Jury was somehow established as “not fit”...for want of the correct term.
They said that Casey was the type that latched on and was possessive. This Tony she claimed she was in love with. They said that for Tony it wasn't love and he told Casey that after he was done with school he was heading back to New York. Tony always thought Caylee was a cute little kid but he also didn't think a college guy apartment was the place for a little kid. They said that Caylee never slept there, They didn't know where Casey took her, but they figured the nanny business was BS because they knew that that would be more expensive than Casey could afford. They figured she always took her to her parents house in reality. Understand that it wasn't their problem what Casey did with Caylee.
I can see that Casey, on the outs with Cindy who was threatening to take Caylee, maybe saw that Caylee was the problem. Being rid of her spites Mom and frees me to follow Tony.
Who knows? I also think there my be an element here on the porn thing. Something is out there maybe not yet developed. Time will tell.

Casey wanted a ticket outa town....Tony was IT....and she was making it happen....but Cindy and the 911 call caught up with her before it came about. I think Tony would have dumped her.....he’s lucky the cops got ahold of her before that happened....as Caylee was not so lucky.....who knows how far she would have gone.
Did you see the body language lady on HLN today? She also consults for jurys.
She said River Cruz was lying. She thought Chrystal Holloway aka River Cruz, may have had a relationship in her own mind with George, but her testimony was deceptive.

Not surprising about the college kids...they are still very much lids in our world today. But it was said she took Caley to some of these late night parties and they made it clear it wasn’t a place for a kid...and they are right.
No matter how the picture is painted......the only person in that family who stood to gain by Caley’s death was Casey...just as the attorney said.
Tony’s friends sure think Tony lucked out. They said they couldn’t believe it themselves that her kid was gone 31 days. They said you could never know it by the way she acted. There were no clues. I think they all got used to the fact she fibbed alot, but never took it seriously.

Well, that is what they said. I believed them. I actually liked these guys. They seemed normal and their reactions were normal for guys their age living as they are.
Hell, from reading transcripts of various people, Cindy and George knew she was lying about the nanny and all. I guess they figured as long as there was no trouble, they could live with it.
They even knew she was lying about having jobs. Unreal.
I wonder if old Tony ever saw this look of love turned his way. If he would have, he would have left skid marks on his quick exit to Noo Yawk. LOL

Aopparently a computer of Caseys was confiscated and the info is sealed. Mom and Dads was released.
