The word is Portobello, which is masculine, which is why they try to change it.
Even Radical Rachel Ray says portobello when referring to the mushroom.

This and other opinions in your post are extremely wrong. Saturated fats are the best fats. They need to come from healthy animals or from coconuts. Vegetable oils are deadly. They are pure omega 6.
You also actually think sugar does not cause diabetes. Well, it doesn’t cause type I which seems to be a birth defect, a pancreas problem. But sugar does cause type II. And all grains, a staple of human diets for several hundred years, are nothing good but sugar. The few nutrients found in grains, and really, there aren’t much, can be found in better quantities in other foods.
(I never sent this on Sunday because I was in labor and went to the hospital! No joke! I have a new FReeperette now.)
