Actually, African-American inner city parents beat their children to pulp. Cosby has been trying for years to get them to stop whipping and beating their babies.
Yes that’s part of it too. They “discipline” in anger instead of love. Probably b/c people like Obama keep calling their children “a mistake.”
Somehow though, the Child Protective Services never gets to any of THOSE cases until it’s too late. Seems its politically incorrect to go after real child abuse. CPS is a modern day tool of vengence for the middle class housewife to go after her ex on his visitation days; most particularly if he’s DARED to “move on” to a new relationship after she divorces him.
