There does exist an immigration file for one Barry Soetoro, Indonesian immigrant. An attorney named Susan Bennett requested it from Homeland Security to use it at trial, and was denied access.
I suspect that a SSN exists for Barry Soetoro, with a SSN showing origination in Hawaii.

Barry is okay. He testified on Capitol Hill to raise money for Atrial Fibrillation. He has had it forever and has had surgery to treat it. He couldn’t have had all that plastic suregery if his heart was bad.
