It’s got to do with an interruption of class time.”

“The blessing really doesn’t make sense anymore,” Cuckovich explained. “

So, which is it?

Ah! .....I see that you are still clinging to the idea that government schools can be reformed.

I’m tired of hearing about these facist pigs destroying the life of a kid for a silly prank.

Why did she resign? Did the pressure get to her? I certainly hope it did LOL.

Yes, I think if parents were more involved they could change that tide...but they are not because it’s too strong a tide...not enough parents who will and not enough time... So they are withdrawing the students as we know...my family now has none in the “buildings” but at least the parents are now directly involved in what the teachers are presenting and can offset that.

One being Homeschooled with their own educational plans and two in charter schools and loving it.

Why did she resign?

I think they fired her...just a hunch.
She had been taking heat for a couple of weeks and one of the TV ‘human interest reporters’ interviewed the kid dressed like one of those “Fruit of the Loom” grapes.
I think the Principal got canned when ACLU stepped in about the ‘forcing’ the kids to take off the ‘Save the Banana Man’ TShirts etc.

Of course, back in ‘my day’, if I were told to take off the T Shirt I wouldn’t have anything else to put on...ha..
Probably would have said that my pants were matching and offer to take them off to.

I became quite a ‘wild little terror’ (at least for 1954) starting my Sophomore year, seeing as how I had left the ‘Nuns’ and went to Public School....I had all that ‘smart arse’ attitude built up after years of suppression. <” <”

IT'S been over forty years since I was a student..

See, I used the proper term in a sentence. LOL
Remember when you had to “show your work”?

Do I have to apologize the idiot Libtard Obama Loving Teacher now?

Blessings are always necessary.

I’ll take all the blessing I can get even if I can’t count all the ones I have already.

I’m just greedy like that.

Yep....know Vacaville well; and I also lived in the People’s Republic of Davis for a couple of years. I know precisely what you mean.

Davis.......with the suckiest, hardest water you’ll ever see come out of a tap, yet the city council voted to be a “No Nuke” zone. Kinda says it all.

Yes, the water was awful, but by God they’ve got the bike lanes built!
