Happy Monday everyone.

I went thru yesterday’s thread this morning and then scrambled thru the archives for today’s Opener.

Today’s Opener was used three years ago and again the following year. Thank you JOHNN and MamaBear for sharing your talents with us.

Wishing everyone a cool, brisk Monday

Cinnamon rolls are fresh from the oven, and the coffee is hot.
glad to be back on line,m been so busy with the books and getting them onto Amazon Kindle Store that I am about booked out for a while. I think a coffee and a roll and time to reflect on good friends is just what I need!

My, my, Johnn! What a LOVELY view, and delicious menu.

I will let you choose for me, this morning, because it ALL sounds SOoooooo good! (And I just can’t decide!)

(P.S. You have been missed!)

Morning, Meg! I love that graphic! It reminds me of my grandaughters, picking oranges off the tree for Grammy!

Years ago I read an exercise by Eric (Erickson). It suggested, for a person to sit in a room with all white walls and nothing else. A chair to sit on, no sound, no radio, TV, Ipad, book, stimulation of any kind, no writing masterials, no paints, no food to eat, or gum to chew. etc... and see where our mind goes. ...

Try it for 15 minutes, sitting still.

Amazing how we distract our mind.
with all the continual stimulus.

“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you: because he trusts in you.”

OK, just sit down at the table by the window, and I’ll bring you something tasty.

Glad to be back, nice to relax with friends.

JC, I've been thinking about your going to the eye doctor,
this morning, and am praying all is going well for you!

The Pumpkin Seed

It seems like such a tiny place, how could we all fit in?
Who knows? Let’s all just climb aboard, and take it for a spin.
This isn’t just a cottage. It’s a magic place indeed.
Who would have thought that pumpkin could have been inside a seed?

When you enter Amy’s Place, it’s bigger in than out,
So step inside but don’t forget to give your friends a shout.
The more we have attending here, the bigger it will get,
So just keep right on piling in, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet!
