Tonight's Winners: Cain, Romney, Bachman (in that order) Tonight's Losers: Perry & Huntsman
Everyone else was kinda' "meh."
What do you think?
Also...If you loved Herman Cains debate performance tonight youre gonna love this!
It's the first ever conservative cartoon of it's kind!
Anyone that doesn’t think Gingrich won that debate by a mile is smoking crack.
I’m getting the impression that the professional Republicans are focusing in on a Romney/Cain ticket.
Newt Gingrich is in a class by himself. He sees it.
I looked for 5 minutes for the channel it was on. I gave up...what channel was it on so I can see a re-run?
Newt won because he still has the solutions as do Cain and Mitt. Rick Sant. did not hurt himself. As to the others, Perry is just fading , Paul is well, Paul but right on the Fed. The Hunt is not in the hunt. Michelle did OK but is for me, behind Mitt, Cain, Newt, Santorum now. It might not work out that way in polls but if anyone can stop Mitt , it is Newt.
I think Newt won. I think all the rest held their own, though Romney had 4 times as much air time as anyone else, except Huntsman who had 3 times as much air time as everyone else.
Well, do you have a provider.....
newt and cain won.
My apologies. My post was too strong and was not directed at you. My bad.
Newt is simply the best choice to actually RUN this country, but Mitt has the best hair.
I’m trying to recall but did Romney say something good about Obama?
Comcast with everything...I searched debate and got old debates...it’s like it was hidden...I couldn’t get an answer from Google.
Bloomberg
Bloomberg TV had it. I think Comcast carries the channel.
Something along the lines of “He’s a good man...just doesn’t know what he’s doing.” As always, Mitt is thinking about getting elected with a line like that...not thinking about what his core convictions are. Hard to say what Mitt really believes.

You got that right..Newt knows his stuff...
Ron Paul is a whack job and Santorim is a whining little school boy.
Newt was spot on, and Perry was the only one that said there would be no trade war with China argument if we get America back to work.
Didn’t care at all for the format. Romney got more time than anyone to say his piece and it was clear he has answers, not necessarily the right ones.
Cain is still my man...
To be honest..anyone with a clear mind that watched the debate would have to concur that Newt won hands down
“Hard to say what Mitt really believes.”
Mitt really believes he should be President. Beyond that....??????
Newt. The antidote to Romney. I will overlook his baggage.
I think Newt clearly won as well.
999 upside down is 666...999 upside down is 666...999 upside down is 666...
Man, I used to like her but she's gone way past credible after her mindless, useless and idiotic comment to Cain. WTH...why attack a fellow conservative with something that infantile?
Romney LOST. He was a coward and did not answer anything.
Always hiding behind his skirt.
Winner: Mr. Cain and the Speaker A+++
Perry: flubbed it again.
I agree that Newt won.
Cain didn’t hurt himself but I don’t think he helped himself a great deal. I had hoped he would sell the benefits of this plan better.
However, there was little time and he was not allowed to answer every criticism.
I think Bachmann really hurt herself tonight.
Romney is just a lying scumbag politician.
The rest were just meh for me.
Gingrich......Cain/Romney
Isn’t Mark a red doper diaper baby?
when Pappa Perry come back home des sure gonna be some spankins for dem immigration activists
Cain: A Gingrich: A Santorum: B+ Bachman: B Huntsman: B- Romney: B- Perry: C Paul: C-
Thanks , found it on channel 103. NOT HD! It just came on though.
I will say though, that Cain is getting VERY positive response so that’s good to know
Do you think Newt is running for Vice President?
I agree but there is a lot of talk about a Cain/Gingrich ticket which I would personally love to see. Greta had only Cain and Gingrich on her show tonight. Interesting.
Some have posted there is a Constitutional impediment to a Cain/Gingrich team as they are from the same state. I don’t know that to be true for this situation, just passing that info along.
She’s eating a corndog, It’s done at county fairs all over the country.
What else do you see? enlighten me.
I don’t think this kind of format makes it possible to say who “won”. It was good in showing more personality and interaction, just not a win/lose thing. The moderator/questioners somewhat to my surprise were decent, the older woman from WaPo seemed fair, the younger chippie was clearly wishing she was hanging with a bunch of libs where it could be all smiles and softballs.
Newt is certainly opening the kimono and seems to not care what anyone thinks about his answers, which is refreshing.
Say what you will, but that’s just not Presidential...well, ok, maybe in a Clintonian sort of Presidential, but...oh, nevermind.
I think he’s running for higher speaking and personal appearance fees, at minimum. He’d love to be POTUS and would, I think go for VP and be a good one, but it’s all upside for him.
I’m not sure. Maybe State Dept.
Winner: Gingrich (if it wasn’t for his baggage and Pelosi loving he’d be a legitimate contender)
Other winners: Cain, Santorum, Romney (to the uninformed who don’t know his record)
Treading water: Bachmann, Santorum, Paul
Losers: Perry, Huntsman
It is getting easier for me to forgive NEWT, as I know he can hit the Presidency with a running start.
My choice is NEWT, and let him pick his VP.
As these debates continue, there’s little doubt in my mind Gingrich is making up the most ground.
Cain=President
Palin=VP
Newt=Chief of Staff
GSElevator GS Elevator Gossip
#1: Ron Paul strikes me as the kind of guy that would be a fan of autoerotic asphyxiation.

It’s kinda boring but Newt is best early on. Cain steps in some pooh with the fed chief question and Perry is somewhat medicated. The tilt is with Romney. He did pretty good, but it was geared that way.
“Some have posted there is a Constitutional impediment to a Cain/Gingrich team as they are from the same state”
As far as I know Newt Gingrich’s current residence of record is McLean, VA and Herman Cain’s residence is Atlanta, GA so there should not be a problem with the electors from GA voting for President and VP from GA. Its a problem if both candidates currently have their residence in GA.
Just how simple does it have to get for you to understand "simple"?
