How bout buying it on the free market? Dental insurance is only 10-25 bucks a month. Plus. If you keep your teeth clean, bi-annual exam is what, 50 bucks?
Error #3 Accepting the pay cut. Did you go looking for work elsewhere? What the owner buys is NYOB.
