Russia would have to explain what they were doing there before they could cry foul. I’d like to see them try.

As for the North Koreans, we are still pretty much at war with them, so who cares?

That is precisely why the site has to have a nuclear “accident”, rather than a conventional attack.

Plausible deniability for Israel and the U.S. is necessary.

They probably can, but those who make it here had better plan on staying; they won’t have anyplace to return to.
