Tax revenue: 2009 tax receipts: 2.105 trillion
I take back my claim the two are within one percent of a identical match:
Make that one tenth of one percent. Almost a perfect statistical match.
One simple 100 percent across the board import tariff, would pay for all American federal taxes.
Or else it would bring back America jobs.
I’ll take either one, over what we’re doing now.
I will reward with my dollars those American companies that vigorously fight the unions and the regulatory regime.
