I like the 165 Nosler Partition for deer and elk.

That is the same bullet I use. In fact, the Nosler Partition is my favorite hunting bullet for all my rifles. I do use a Barnes 300 grain solid for dangerous game with the partitions as back ups in the 375 H&H, though.
