I agree. I was the biggest fan of palin myself. She said shed be there if the country needed her. She said that for years. Her family was trashed for all of those years. She knows darn well that a ton of conservatives were sitting here with time and money to make it happen for her When she ran. She popped up in Iowa last summer and the cameramen left Romney and the pack in mid smile to cover her. She thanked iowans with the coolest campaign vid I’d ever seen. she bought a compound in AZ.

And then suddenly she decides not to run, using her already tarred and fathered family as the excuse?

The only good reason to do that was either blackmail or sell out. One means maybe she still had a few less forgivable skeletons, and the other means that her dedication to the country is smaller than her desire for pundit paychecks.

I don’t know who Sarah palin is any more. I adored and admired her. Now I’m just confused.

There may be another reason that you failed to mention. Perhaps entering the race after it becomes apparent that none of the current crop will do was part of her overall strategy. She said this would be an unconventional election. She also said she would not seek the GOP nomination. Perhaps she will run on the Restoration ticket. God knows we need some restoring.
