Hmmm maybe that is why they want to add a 13th so they can bring a black guy back.
I totally agree about it feeling rushed. The first time I watched it, I kept saying, “WHAT?!?!!” every 5 minutes. I don’t even really dislike Megan- I just dislike her with Don.
I am so curious to see what becomes of Joan and Roger. I so hope she ditches Dr. Rapey.

At the end of Thursday's final judgment episode, a dramatic twist was revealed. One of these four contestants – Jermaine Jones, Johnny Keyser, Richie Law, and David Leathers – will get a second chance and join the male semi-finalists next week on a special night, Tuesday, Feb. 28 at 8/7c on FOX.

I think they bring back the big blubbering black guy. Why else would they show us footage of him sobbing in the fetal postition? LOL. I think that is their #13.

What a shame that this thread was down last night. It was a very good show. I was impressed by the level of professionality.
It’s hard to pick 5 top guys from that very excellent group.
Joshua was outstanding; I still like quirky Phil; the “saved” Jermaine is more suitable for Broadway; the Bieber lookalike ( Eben) will of course win the preteen vote. Dee-Andre is different vocally, but musically very gifted.
Do not like: Fraker (something does not ring true); Reed (what’s with the tight pants?); Marcellus (too retro).
So-So: Heejun; Skunkhead; Jeremy; The Chef (Adam). All will do well on a cruise ship (preferably not an Italian one) or in a club atmosphere. Chase is too Broadway.
Yeah it will be interesting to see who stays. We all guessed right as to who they were bringing back.
I don’t like Fraker either and Reed Grimm squirms around too much.
Eben was weak but, I hope he gets to stay.
I was worried that once they picked their own song choices that it wouldn’t be so enjoyable. While the did well, it just wasn’t as good as other episodes. imo
Oh I like Heejun! I also really like Phillip Phillips and DeAndre...I’m still debating whether I like Skunkhead or not...will be interesting to see who gets voted off...
Just caught up with last night’s performances. I’d give a slight edge to Deandre (”Reasons”). Most of the field was pretty good.
Young Eben has a nice voice, but he should never ever sing Adele songs again (might survive anyway if he carries the younger voter base). Reed didn’t quite do it for me with his version of “Moves Like Jagger.”
