I will be tardy tonight as I have to go to my HOA annual meeting. I have been scolded this month for having a dirty mailbox and dead palm froms on my trees. If we have not elected the new board by 8:30, I am out of there; I have important snarky business to take care of on this thread.
Belong to an HOA also. They can be a real pain if the wrong people gain control.
Am NOT liking this at all.
