My fondest wish just now, is to be permitted to use those arm flapping idiots for TARGET practice! My GAWD that crap is annoying!
Clearly chocolate is a miracle cure for what ails you.
Get an Apple. Definitely
:) works for me
I’m having a big ole Costco shortbread cookie that has been partially dipped in dark chocolate.
OHHHHH yeah, baby. Mama like.
The Clintons forever ruined “Don’t Stop Thinking Abut Tomorrow” for me.
Definitely.
Elise, Colton and Phillips Squared take the stage singing a medley of Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac hits.
They include the Clinton '92 theme song "Don't Stop Thinking About Tomorrow".
But the highlight is Elise singing "Seventeen". That was a head-turner. For that alone:

Steven: I just had dinner with Mick Fleetwood and we talked about Stevie Nicks all night (yeah, I bet!--Mick is pissed Stevie won't reunite with the band so they can go on tour.)
Like her much!
Heyjuun can sing the greatest song in the world, and do the greatest performance of his life....but he will forever be a doofus, when wearing that stupid rag on his head!
Love this song.....Karen Carpenter’s version is my favorite!!
I agree.
HeeJun sounds pretty good.
I love Heejun’s voice.
Oh yeah. She had a great voice. So haunting. “Superstar” is in heavy rotation in my iPod.
Oh FGS! Judges give the fool a standing O?? Boring
Nice job!
I think I heard a really good Willie Nelson version one time...
Ah. Thanks for that tidbit! :)

Clearly realizing he acted like a jackass last week (see above photo), Heejun is all serious this week. There are even lenses in his glasses, LOL.
He sings "A Song For You."
It's actually not bad. He might have saved himself with this.

Steven: He-man, you did it! You turned it around. Just now you let that song sing you. You made it come alive in a way that no one else can. You keep it up because that was great.
J-Lo: What are you doing up there?? You don't make it this far by mistake. When you believe, when you let go, when you sing to us, you move people. That was beautiful.
Randy: There were a couple notes--it wasn't perfect. Beautiful tone. Finally the Heejun that we selected came back!
Heejun: (about his silly performance last week) I realize I was letting so many peole down. And I don't want to let myself down.
The judges and audience applaud that.
We had an 8-track of the Carpenters, and that song was on there along with a few other faves—”Top of the World”, “Bless the Beasts and the Children”, etc. I used to put a turkey baster bulb on the end of a mop handle, as my microphone, and sing my little butt off in our basement.
Hahahahahahaha!
Hi! :)
Hi, SC! :)
LOl! That is hilarious!! Very creative!
Evening Jonny
Boy am I late tonight.
This is perfect for Holly....
These backup singers are so loud.
Stevie, YOUR not supposed to take the wheel, JESUS is!
Love this lass.
Stevie, YOUR not supposed to take the wheel, JESUS is!
Love this lass.
I love her!
I love her....watch the judges bash her....STFU RANDY!!!
And yet again, those arm flapping yat-hoo’s ruin the song.....I have taken to closing my eyes now,l rather than have to see those damned fools destroy the contestants stage performance. Whoever the director is, that thinks that arm flapping is “kewl”-—obviously needs to up the dosage on their medication!
I agreed with Jennifer... I thought it was really good...
I love her, too. The judges always find something to criticize with her though.
Jennifer’s earrings are horrible. They look like those spacer things that make holes in the earlobes.
She sang the snot out of that song. Damn judges. They suck.
Steven and Randy save their love for Jun-bug....sickening
Agreed!

Her idol is Carrie Underwood and she chooses Carrie's first hit "Jesus, Take The Wheel."
Stevie Nicks, who just lost her mom, is in tears at rehearsal. She whispers to Hollie, "You sing like that and you'll be a star."
There's fake snow raining down on the stage, ankle deep fog. Hollie is dressed in white. A little pitchy here and there, but otherwise very good.

Randy: You did a really good job. Wasn't perfect. Couple of little pitchy moments. Pretty good job man. I was impressed.
J-Lo: I have to disagree with Randy. That was one of your best. I felt you really connected with the song. Felt it emotionally.
Steven: I'm not going to mess with Jesus and/or Carrie. I just wish you had picked a different song. It was just okay for me too. You felt the passion from Stevie. But I didn't hear the full range of your voice in that song.
Onw wonders if they did not like her singing, OR they did not like it that she chose to sing a song that has the name JESUS in it! Let’s face it...this program is far more accustomed to seing sado-masochistic-leather-clad homo-erotic dance routines, than 2 contestants singing about faith!
interesting.... I never even saw her ear rings....
Hi, Net! :)
Thanks, C3 :) Good to see you.
It’s probably just the way the light hit them, but that’s what it reminded me of.
Hollie Cavanaugh for the win. Texas gal via England.
Oh dear Lord in heaven, does someone have this kids testicles in a vice?
I think my neighbor’s dog just showed up on my deck for that one.
Yikes.
Please no Hifilger hoodies tonight!!
I would be surprised if someone doesn't wear a hoodie this week. Probably a guest singer tomorrow night.
Okay... this is terrible. I don’t care what they say about this kid.... Ms Kjam22 says the kid is gonna wear a dress next week...
MY EARS!
I thought it was ok. Not great. I thought her enunciation at the beginning was rather poor. For this this can hurt an artist. Carrie’s voice is so clear, crisp and precise, that if you are going to do her songs, you better enunciate. jmo
Someone needs to release the vice grip on Deandres balls! Enough already with the falsetto!
