Diana’s butt got big too. She was a kid when she was on Idol. Guess she was on broadway with Ace in Rent or something. Looks like she had a boob job. She doesn’t look like a Disney Cinderella as she did at the start. A lot of past idols not there cuz they are on other networks or moved on. I wouldn’t want to be there cuz the chance that I’d fall asleep is great.

Do you all know what a blessing you are to me personally? That's not something I can put into words. You thank me for doing this, but believe me it should be the other way around.
I try to say "hi!" to each of you. It can be annoying and repetitive, I know, but it's just my way of telling you I'm glad you're here and that I appreciate your company.
There have been times--particularly this year--that I've thought about quitting.
The only reason I don't is you.
If we're all still standing in 2013, we'll try this again, lol.

I watch the show Mountain Time, so I never comment. But as soon as the show was over each week, I’d run to my computer to see what you all had to say. Quite often my sentiments were mirrored here.

Like others, I was horrified by Chaka’s outfit and her screaming. More screaming from that Holliday woman. E-gads that was frightening. More screaming from Mantasia.

The ending, with Phillip...that was priceless. What a sweetie pie. I am so glad he won. I voted for him, several times...kind of like the dems do in real elections. Vote early and often.

I think the music has sucked since their conductor left to be on Jay Leno after Kevin left. Ricky Minor left and that was a major bad for AI. Whoever is doing their music now, it sounds like they are using tracks, not actual orchestra. I didn’t see an orchestra, did anyone else? How cheap of them to use filler musicians but not have a real orchestra. If someone saw an orchestra, pls advise. I just heard a lot of backing tracks and saw handfuls of musicians on stage and a few dancers bouncing around or hanging from scarves.

This is a terrific way to run a thread and my gratitude is bottomless.
P2 suffers from chronic kidney stones...and passing one is akin to childbirth, I hasten to add.......and I have experienced both...and I gotta tell ya...childbirth is a bit less painful!!!! ANYWAY...he has a stent in place...which means he needs a tube in his ureter to make certain his urine can flow from his kidney to his bladder without pbstruction...wheich also means, the kid has a big ass stone in his kidney that needs l;ithotrypsy or surgery to remove......so he does not suffer kidney damage....

That is very kind of you Jonny. IMHO it is WE who are blessed by your hosting these threads year over year. You possess a unique sense of humor and style that, if there was a “Host with the most AI” you would win hands down.
I hope you keep doing it but I think we all understand how difficult it is to keep it up for lo these many years. Your reputation will remain sterling and burnished no matter your decision next season.
You and the people on this thread made me a better person (and I ain’t joking about that!)
