I think Hawaii is too far away for the frequent "speaking engagements" (money-making opportunities) I think he's going to be looking for. They might want a vacation home there, but not a full-time residence.
I'm not looking for them to go back to Chicago. They seem to me to be amazingly unattached to their "home" there. I can't think of a half-dozen times in the last three years they have visited it. It has been surprising to me. I really expected that they would spend holidays and occasional weekends there. If they have, it has been kept pretty quiet.
