A while back I was making a point and I grabbed a number of quotes of Obama saying he’s like to “work around”, or “bypass congress”. One was speaking to a latino conference and another was at a union meeting, I think. There were several video clips on You Tube no longer come up. could it be they have been scrubbed in anticipation of the coming election?

In his state of the Union Address Obama stressed he would take power from Congress and bypass Congress if they did not do his bidding. Obama stated he would use dictatorial powers as needed.
