I’ll have to buy the pistol, because the purchase permit is in my name, but she can walk away with it now that she’s 21. Good thing we’re getting a large tax refund, because she doesn’t want just any ol’ gun!

That’s probably under “current environmental issues,” since it isn’t water, soil, forestry, or wildlife.
Hopefully their sponsor got their scores in the different areas, so they know how to focus in order to improve. This is the first time our county has had competitors in this event; the county natural resources agent should be pleased!

Us and a couple of the First Baptist families ;-).
Tom says Forestry was their weakest category, followed by Wildlife. Since the nutria was useless, we’ll get rid of it when Jamie-our-Hairdresser comes on Friday. (She was poorly again today.)
Tom’s speciality was Aquatic Resources, and they did well on that.

I love that! Everyone knows exactly what it means.
Canada is still here. I’m not sure why....the bureaucrats are slowly shutting us down. The Conservative government doesn’t even seem to notice, or they are in on it.
We had two beautiful weeks of late spring weather before it became cold again last weekend. Now normal temperatures are chilling to us. I am looking forward to spring.
How is the baby? Are you getting some sleep again?

I replaced 4 ballasts, 40 light tube thingies and fixed 2 light switches at the church today. Then I came home and fixed my lounge chair computer so I can kick back while I am fixing to fix dinner. I am also fixing to reboot my computer because I have been informed that for the update to commence fixing my computer I must do so.

Baby’s doing great - big and fat. She goes to the doctor tomorrow, so we’ll find out how officially fat. Our bathroom scale is accurate only in about a 5-lb. range.
She sleeps up to six hours - which is great, because it’s hard to get naptime with all these other kids and their ruckus.
