I agree. The population has been conditioned to accept that “birthers” are fringe lunatics to be laughed at and ignored (no matter what evidence is provided or, more importantly, what questions remain unanswered). It is a dead issue.
The economy can win the election. The people haven’t been conditioned to accept their lighter wallets (yet).
I think the majority of Americans know Obama is illegal. They also know the Republican and Democrats in Congress and the Judicial Branch decided to break the highest law of our land. They think they are above the constitution in all ways now. The Supremes agree.
We don’t need courts any more because if the law does not apply to the fat asses in Congress, it should not apply to anyone else, either. We don’t need a military to protect a Constitutional Republic that no longer exists either. In fact, we don’t need a Executive Branch and Congress anymore since they derive their power from the constitution they killed. They are all illegitmate.
Those who think it is cute when the Congress and Judicial branch stand on their hind legs and act like wild animals are going to discover the glory of Africa. You think it is too hard to force them to obey the law, it will be harder when all law breaks down.

That would have been even better since selective service registration DIDN"T START UNTIL 1980 !!!! . Which makes Obamas statement that he registered right out more of lie.

I agree. The story is why did Obama issue fake documents to try and support where he was born. The fake documents are the issue in my mind. Beck has just lost it.

Based on what evidence? (crickets) no one in Congress - no one - is saying the BC is a forgery and calling for Obama's impeachment or at least some steps to ensure it never happens again. Not even all FReepers believe he is illegal. I am not so sure he is not a NBC EVEN if the BC is forged. There could be other things he is covering up.
I’ve seen surveys of public opinion that show most know he’s not playing straight with the public about his birth documents. It’s like man made carbon based global warming. The public knows when it is getting snowed sometimes.

The “birther” issue is a no go issue in regards to Obama being relected for the same reason that Clinton’s White House BJ’s were unimportant. The average voter doesn’t give
a rats arse about either subject as they aren’t personally
affected by these topics. Most voter’s do not care if
Clintion lied under oath, they don’t care if Obama is or
isn’t “natural born”, a muslim, a socialist or even if he
is truly the antichrist. They only care if they have $$$ to
spend on what they want. If they don’t then their is a problem and by default it’s the problem of whoever is POTUS.
If they have the $$$ they need to stay entertained then there is no problem and the POTUS du jour gets the benefit of that narrow minded contentment.
Focusing on an issue the average voter doesn’t give a s**t about is a tactical mistake.

Sheriff Arpaio should get a search warrant for DHS Sec. Janet Napolitano’s Arizona home/office. She’s the former governor of Arizona and current custodian of Obama’s INS records.
The truth will come out, sooner or later, and people like Beck will be exposed for the buffoons they are.
