Man arrested after his SUV crashes into SF bay (doing donuts)

San Francisco, CA (AP) -- A 38-year-old San Francisco man is facing charges after his SUV jumped a curb and crashed into the waters of San Francisco Bay early Sunday.
A police spokesman says witnesses told officers that the man, identified by police as Agatito Hernandez, was doing "donuts" with his vehicle when it crashed into the bay in the city's Fort Mason area around 3 a.m.

Not only will this Mexican douche bag probably get away with this but he will probably sue San Francisco for NOT having high enough curbs to keep him from jumping over them and landing in the bay. Then the city will give him some kind of reward for NOT killing himself and the passengers.

In one SF weekly I read the account of one illegal in Guatemala:
He’s HIV positive, in Section 8 housing, and his legally-designated care animal is an IGUANA. They’re cold-blooded, right? So his place must be constantly heated to over 90 degrees —that, too, was paid for some weird “heat for po’ folks” welfare thang you and I don’t know about.
Food stamps? Yes. And every other form of welfare you’ve heard of.
Does he go on the tain with the iguana? Yes. Restaurants with the iguana? Yes. Everywhere, cuz if they don’t permit it, they get the pants sued off of them.
