It would have made an enormous mess of things. Blood and meatchunks all over the walls and ceiling. I wonder if that wasn’t the point, and the reason she chose such a bizarre method: She wanted to traumatize the person who would find her body, with the most horrific scene possible.

okay... that reporter looks a little too happy to be reporting this gruesome storyBeat me to it. That happy smiley picture of him just didn't fit that story.
Why stop at a razorblade to the wrist when a chainsaw to the neck would do a better job. Some people can't get enough attention even in death.

About 25 years ago in Phoenix, a guy killed himself in a similar manner with a circular saw in a pawnshop.
Last words: “Ya got someplace I can plug this in to make sure it works?”.
