Could someone explain the issue of Obama's birth certificate? I've seen Sheriff Joe present findings that it is a forgery along with the selective service card. Then I recall Ann Coulter claiming "her paper," human events has debunked the "birther" nonsense, but I don't really bother reading her columns any longer preferring not to be insulted by "three cheers for Romneycare." I mean, is there really credible evidence that Obama is not a U.S. citizen because that would be huge..

The definition of Natural Born Citizen is at the core of the issue.
Birthers believe that in order to Constitutionally qualify for the office of president one must be born on US soil of US citizen parents.
Others believe that any old anchor baby qualifies.

No one cares if he is citizen by birth or naturalized.

If you’re serious, and for what it’s worth (I’m currently agnostic on the subject) here’s a brief run down.
1) The original COLB was released on the Daily Kos. It then miraculously appeared a few days later on Obama’s website.
2) After spending $2 million of his own money defending lawsuits requesting that he release his long form BC, he finally releases one after The Donald mocks him (while letting an Army Colonel languish in prison for six months because he refused to show it).
3) Sheriff Joe’s “cold case posse” asked forensic graphics experts to examine the released long form BC and concluded that it was a forgery.
4) Obama was an Indonesian National when he was young. He traveled to Pakistan in 1981 (by his own admission) at a time when he could not have entered on a US passport.
5) He sealed, by his first executive order upon becoming President, ALL records from his past (School records, etc).
6) His Selective Service application has some anomolies including an obviously forged USPS date stamp.
7) Three men were busted during the 2008 nomination process breaking into the US Passport office specifically looking for Obama’s passport records (see 4). (one is now, mysteriously dead, shot in the head while sitting in his car in DC).
8) There appear to be numerous Social Security numbers linked to Obama, including some issued from states in which he never lived.
9) Obama hid his long time association with Bill Ayers (who wrote “Dreams of My Father” for him).
10) According to the INS, the records of ALL entries and exits into and out of the US for the supposed week of his birth (August 4, 1961) are missing from the archives (all the rest, for a 10 year period around that week, exist).
Obama has the most secretive past of any President in recent memory. The thinking is that where there’s smoke there’s fire.
Is it enough to draw a final conclusion on the subject? Some say yes, some no.
But it’s not crazy to want to continue to ask questions.

I would word it differently. There is no credible evidence showing Obozo is a U.S. Citizen or a Natural Born U.S. Citizen. There are 2 obvious forgeries presented to represent his COLB. Neither are credible.
I have seen no evidence that makes me think he was born in Kenya, but it is possible. I suspect he might have been born in Canada, but no proof. I think it is probable that Barack H. Obama, Sr. is not his father. There are several suspected of actually knocking up Stanley Ann Dunham. No proof.
There is no hospital record of Obozo's birth in HI. None. So there is a legitimate question if he is qualified to hold the office he was elected to.

Thanks for the clarification, because that’s usually the line we get about global warming even when leaked emails were showing they cooked data. As for your tag, I was reading Levin’s new book Ameritopia and I’m just amazed that republicans in the establishment have no interest in small, limited government and candidate Romney will likely get the nomination, which will defintely keep me home in November.

He grew-up in Indonesia and was adopted by an Indonesian and renounced his somewhat tenuous US citizenship.
He used an Indonesian passport to travel to Pakistan as it would have been illegal for an American.
It is a shame that a sheriff from Arizona has to point this out..the news media still have a thrill up there leg. There’s no accountability post-Clinton; everything is dominated by corruption and I want to research this a lot more.

Let me tell you something before I really hurt your feelings: I am not voting for a liberal RINO under any circumstance! You can sell your soul and your principles but I have just about had enough of the lesser of two evil nonsense. You lose; the left gets a marxist to run against liberal..either way true conservatism loses as the left pushes us further out.
