A teacher at Tallulah Elementary School lost her job after not noticing two third graders participating in o*** sex under their desks.
The News-Star is reporting that the teacher was fired for not keeping a proper eye on her students, as the incident occurred under her watch.

The “public school” is BY FAR, the largest, most expensive, most subversive, and most destructive entitlement program in the country.
The “public school” is better understood as the “government school collective”.
It is silly to imagine that you can fix the public schools, because the very concept itself is communist.
Any child that comes out of the government school collective with their moral compass and common sense intact does so in spite of the government school indoctrination, not because of it.
If you want to win the culture war, have lots of children (see my tagline) and homeschool them or form your own school cooperative with your church or synagogue and like-minded friends and relatives.
Nobody loves your children more than you do.
Nobody can teach your children like you can.
Your children would love nothing better than to be taught by you, if you start doing so before they are corrupted by the government school collective.
It is hypocritical for you to submit your children to an authority with whom you fundamentally disagree. And your children will know it.
If you have children, make whatever sacrifices you must to get them out of the public schools.
DO NOT FEED THE BEAST!
Especially not with your own children.

How surprised they must be that they got caught, and that their teacher got punished for what they did. I wonder what those counselors will say when the kids tell them "But that's what the books you gave us said!"

I consider myself a pretty progressive guy. Always have been. That being said, I had no idea what sex WAS in the third grade!

And there are still people in this world, who say the devil is not real. The devil is real and is indeed “ looking for someone to devour”. In this case, it is a pair of 8 year olds and their teacher.
If the schools have a sex ed program that teaches kids about oral sex at Grade 3, then the school should be shut down, and any like it.
If the parents have shown the kids oral sex at that age, they should be in jail.
If neither of those are happening, then Santorum’s anti-porn statements are absolutely correct. These kids may have learned this from an easy-to-get society of Porn.
These 3 things have been identified. Adults that show children any pornographic material or act are committing a crime. Schools that show the same, or teach the same are given a free pass to do so - although there is no difference. And saying that readily-available porn does the same is an accurate statement.

That last statistic shows me the majority of kids are growing up without much. I wonder how many of these kids come from broken homes where their parents are either split or the father isn’t in the picture at all. If they are seeing boyfriends enter in and out of their lives, and possibly mom is working long hours, you don’t know what they see and are exposed to. Maybe they have older siblings who are teens and have walked in on them having sex, have possibly walked in on mom or dad having sex, or have been exposed to porn. Someone taught them what oral sex was.

Agree. No right-thinking parent who loves his kids would put them in a government school collective 40 hours a week to be indoctrinated with “sex education” films and “values clarification” and to read commie-inspired doggerel from kindergarten on up.
Compare the amount of time spent with the parents to the amount of time spent with their “peers” in the government school collective.

You sort of have to feel sorry for the teacher. Her fault was in being tragically naive about how low our culture has sunk. In the past, you would’ve had to be a total pervert to even THINK of monitoring your classroom full of eight-year-olds for sexual activity. My guess is this happened during an indoor recess or something. If you saw two eight-year-olds under a desk, and you were a halfway decent person with a quarter-of-the-way decent mind, you’d probably assume they were playing fort or something. You wouldn’t be hovering over them to see if anyone’s fly was down. Any sexual activity would have to be very, very shockingly obvious for the thought to even cross your mind.
Fire the parents, I say.
I don’t think a teacher can notice everything going on in a classroom. My guess is she lawyers up and sues the school district for wrongful termination. I’m willing to bet she’d win....
Hopefully the school provides free birth control or this could be a much bigger problem.

I’m not entirely surprised, as my teacher friends have told me horror stories about what they’ve had to deal with in some junior highs. Still, those are mostly kids who are bit older. But 3rd grade? I know it was a long time ago, but I can honestly say I never even had the desire to kiss a girl at that age. They still had “cooties” as far as I was concerned.
We are living in a very messed up world, folks.

At eight, I didn't have the slightest clue what sex was; even when I did learn a few years later, it took me yet a few more years to understand why anyone would want to do that!
The teacher may not have been observing closely, but unless she taught them how to do it and told them to go practice, I wouldn't call it a firing offense.
On the other hand, I'd like to know why the school officials who decided to give the kids "counseling" rather than calling CPS weren't fired.
How did the 8-year-olds know anything about sex, particularly oral sex? Acting out sexual activity in a prepubescent child to me screams "warning sign, possible sexual abuse."
If a child that age needs an explanation of where babies come from, it's possible to give one that is factually accurate but not terribly explicit- most kids that age just aren't that interested anyway. Oral sex, however, in my way of thinking, has no business being in their known universe.
Maybe I am more naive than I think I am and there is a "reasonable" explanation for this!

I was terribly confused in high school, in the late 70s. I was conflicted between my poorly-understood Catholicism and the morally-confused modern literature that we read. I wondered why I was taught conflicting ideas in different classes.
I spent my early 20s trying to figure out what had happened to me. I remember arguing with my friend’s liberal girlfriend about school vouchers, and telling her about my experience.
Her reply? “That was your problem. You thought too much.”
I was shocked. But after reading John Taylor Gatto, years later, I realized that she had learned the intended lesson of compulsory schooling.
Compulsory schooling is not about learning. After all, most children can learn to read phonetically in 40 hours, and are then able to learn anything they please on their own.

I agree that the parents are the ones to blame. What type of environment are these children living in? They are acting out what they saw mom’s latest boyfriend do with her. But typically when something bad happens in a school, the progressive answer is to throw money at a dysfunctional school while some know-nothings on the right will blame it all on some overworked, distracted teacher. Our problerms are a lot bigger than bad schools - but asking about the family life of these children does not happen. It is always about “bad teachers” but never about bad parents.

By the way, follow the money.,..... Is the reason we don't have more Christian schools is that ministers’ wives work in the government school collectives and that the pews are filled to the brim with people who directly or indirectly earn a living from the government schools? What minister is going to bite the hand that puts money in the collection plate?
