The CZ is ergonomically beautiful and ambidextrous plus its high cap, but it just wont stow in a pocket in 105°
I had a 226, a 228 and a 220. They are excellent weapons.
My Ruger P95 and P90 have just as good of triggers, just as accurate, and half the price.
I like the Ruger triggers better, because European guns like the Sig and CZ always have a little SA trigger creep, and I think they are made that way.
Try it for yourself and see if YOU like it.
If you decide you like it and are still questioning it, remember this, the P226 is the 9mm the Navy Seals carry, or did for a long time.
If they need a little more horsepower, then the H&K Mk23 in .45 is their pony.
I dont see that SA trigger creep with CZ
They all have Crisp light SA triggers.
Even the lowly CZ 52.
Man! What a hoot those are to shoot!
for $125 I’m tempted to say Effa Sig 357 LoL
You can get the P226 in 40 SW and I would recommend it.
Sig P210 has been winning 50m matches for many, many years...
Capable of 2 inch groups...
The only Ruger I have is the LC9 and I am not disappointed with the trigger at all
Had a 225, very accurate ergonomic pistol. Alas, I’m a revolver guy so it went away.
Very classic side arm
I’ve got the Ruger SR9 too. I really like that trigger. Very crisp, light.
Keep in mind that I bought a S&W Sigma .40 to see what all the striker shouting was about—very bad trigger.
The SIGs are a lot of money, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Who woulda thunk it? ☺
I was very lucky.....I inhereted mine!
Not only that, but a .44 Special revolver guy.
They kept firing seemingly forever without reloading in those old westerns
Or for at least 6 hours (Sig sauers)
Get it?
I hate striker fired pistols!
Thats why the sig/mauser M2 sucks! Its the only striker fired pistol I own.
Maybe I am a sucker for the classics. The Ruger LC9 is the only plastic pistol I own, but its not striker fired!
Bwaaa haa haa!
I like the too.
Ok I get it now tho I didn’t to start with.
BTW, someone asked Roy Rogers that question about never reloading on one of his shows.
He sort of chuckled and said tho they were using blanks they did actually reload the guns, sometimes even while filming. What happened was they would splice scenes together and often just make it look like they were shooting forever.
Have one of the first 300 S&W 3rd Model Hand Ejectors from 1926 and several others. S&W 696’s are great, and the best value currently seems to be the re-issued Ruger Blackhawk Flat top, I’ve see them for $450. < Insert “Alas boating accident” comment here. >
Has anyone shot the Sig P250? The price is right, but I understand the trigger is DA only
