when he was caught from behind, knocked down from a single punch by Trayvon

No, the story says approached from behind, then they exchanged words, then Martin punched Zimmerman in the nose (all this is according to Zimmerman, but it fits the facts).

If there is a “bounty” on Zimmerman, it may be better for him if there is NOT a current photo of him out there.

Even if it's absolutely proven Zimmerman started the fight, based on the evidence released to the public, he is still 100% unquestioningly justified.

Not necessarily, under Florida law. Florida law significantly restricts the ability to use deadly force for people who commit a forcible felony (which, if Zimmerman had started the fight, he may have been doing) or provoke the use of force against themselves.

Martin had a cell phone. If he was so afraid he’d be shot then why didn’t he call 911?

Hadn’t thought of that, but you’re right. Things aren’t always what they seem nor how we might think they should be seen.

Ya know I don’t know Zimmerman, but I don’t have to to see when a man is treated most unjustly and unfairly...and this by those who are suppose to uphold the laws of the innocent until proven otherwise......frightening to see our politicians speak so prematurelly for political gain.

Not to mention a mass media and peoples marching against such one....it’s absolutely dispicable!

then they exchanged words,

What words?

I read that Martin said to Zimmerman..."You have a problem"...and Zimmerman said ..."No"...and then Martin said ,"You do now" and took Zimmerman down with a blow and continued to bash his head on the sidewalk.

Wouldn’t a screw driver be considered a weapon? Why would a student need a screwdriver?

Poor little sleepy town of Sanford....

...this is the biggest thing to ever happen to it, and it won't be pretty.

What a shame.

SCREWDRIVER?

“Trayvon’s backpack contained 12 pieces of jewelry, in addition to a watch and a large flathead screwdriver, according to the report, which described the screwdriver as a burglary tool.
Trayvon was asked if the jewelry, which was mostly women’s rings and earrings, belonged to his family or a girlfriend.
“Martin replied it’s not mine. A friend gave it to me,” according to the report. Trayvon declined to name the friend.
School police impounded the jewelry and sent photos of the items to detectives at Miami-Dade police for further investigation.

We all know how long it takes the police to respond.

Florida law significantly restricts the ability to use deadly force for people who commit a forcible felony (which, if Zimmerman had started the fight, he may have been doing) or provoke the use of force against themselves.

I read the FL statute much differently then you, then:

"...initially provokes the use of force against himself or herself, unless:

"(a) Such force is so great that the person reasonably believes that he or she is in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm and that he or she has exhausted every reasonable means to escape such danger other than the use of force which is likely to cause death or great bodily harm to the assailant; or

"(b) In good faith, the person withdraws from physical contact with the assailant and indicates clearly to the assailant that he or she desires to withdraw and terminate the use of force, but the assailant continues or resumes the use of force."

Even if I rob you at gunpoint, if you then gain the upper hand and begin beating me to death, and I can't get away, I am justified in using deadly force.

Both parties are restricted to proportionate force.

At least that's my interpretation.

Their latest “Rosa Parks” seems to be unraveling and backfiring on them. This is not a racist statement. This is based on history I learned right here on FR that the first 2 young women they wanted to use for their cause didn’t quite fit the bill but Rosa did. It’s looking like they might need to find a kid a little more squeaky clean, because at this point, for this kid, it’s looking as a not “if” but “when.” I have little sympathy in that case.

Unable to move with Martin on top of him, pounding him into hamburger (we still don't know how built Martin was -- how tall? how heavy? What did he bench-press in practice? etc.), Zimmermann might reasonably apprehend he was in danger of losing consciousness under his assailant's blows, and the assailant would then be able to disarm him and kill him with his own firearm.

Case of "use 'em or lose 'em" -- at the neighborhood scale. (Other end of the scale: General Thermonuclear Exchange.)

Fred...apparently the jewelry he stole was from family members and friends...or so it’s been said... though he basically denied it when confronted.

It’s obvious Martin had some major issues in school, and the school let things slip or traded off, one way or another, his punishments. But the facts show he was certainly not the model student initially depicted and pushed by the family and media.

He’s heard here arranging to meet the police back at his motor vehicle.

This issue has been exploited to the extent the sheeple won’t know they have been useful tools - not even after the fires are out and the dead are buried.

I believe the jewelry found in his possession is now with the police who are attempting to identify the owners. And as far as the media goes, they are simply following the script...as is everyone who will eventually have cause to regret their stupidity in blindly following 'black liberation theology' down into the yawning abyss that awaits them. Islam is laughing. The blacks are doing what they have always done - behaving as good little slaves for islam. Islam doesn't have to do much to further its cause in the US, not when it has an army of slaves so willing:

Do you see what I see? BLACK LAW STUDENTS ASSOCIATION. Guilt by Media?
