Where do you buy your crab and what brand and type do you get? Really want to try this recipe.

“Where do you buy your crab”

Buy? This is Western Washington, The Puget Sound is our supermarket. It's Dungeness crab usually caught just off shore from our Friends Whidbey Island cabin. We almost always limit out every time up there.

what does “limit out” mean.

I guess I’m out of luck being were I’m at. I think my mother should have married that tall blonde Swed and moved near the ocean...

“what does “limit out” mean.”

In Washington during crab season, there is a daily limit of 5 Dungeness crabs per licensed person. (male crabs only)Limit out means you have caught your limit. The problem now though is the Indians have no limit and they are decimating many of the once great crabbing areas. And they turn around and sale most of what they catch.
