Cops: Accused Prostitute Offered Undercover Officer Sex For Cheeseburgers Off McDonald's Dollar Menu
The woman, the detective reported, replied that the pair could go have sexual intercourse if I bought her two double cheese burgers off the dollar menu at McDonalds. The cop added, I agreed to the deal and purchased the hamburgers for $2.75.

It’s fine.
The word I have trouble with is “weird”.
No matter how I spell it, it looks weird.
Silly girl! But thanks!
Did you ever find the slow cooker bags?
That IS weird.
No, but that’s OK because we’re doing mostly stir fries now.
Perspicacious looks OK to me. So does circumlocutory. But perspicacity—disturbing. Let’s talk about something easy to fix like the economy.

She will know, ultimately, and want to meet you again in the resurrection to thank you. All our loving actions will adorn us like the pretty spring dresses of the senior southern belles at the garden party on Friday. (Kathleen smiled at all the colorful patterns ;-).
And “perspicacity” always looks funny, no matter how you spell it. It was the correct answer on the “SAT Question of the Day” Friday.
Hiccups. Please excuse.
Today’s correct answer is “neither of whom was.” I like computer-assisted learning. Now to figure out what to do with commas.
I feel extremely pleased with myself when I’m one of the 37% of 243,289 respondents who got an answer right!
Correct commalizing is counterintuitive: if it’s done right, it appears that you’ve used either too few or too many, while the number that “feels right” usually isn’t.
Thanks! I have a chicken in the crock pot, but it’s been in there two hours now, and is just barely warm. I’ve only had the thing 20 years, so there’s no reason at all why it shouldn’t be working fine....
Maybe next time, take the feathers off, and it will cook faster.
Did you turn it on “warm” instead of “low”? Or maybe a byo came by and turned it off while you weren’t looking.
I usually turn it on “hi” to start, then after an hour, I turn it down. It only has two temps.
Then, your best bet is to use too many half the time, too few half the time, and don’t even worry about the other half.
Ah. Thanks. I wondered why the lid wouldn’t fit...
They really don’t make ‘em the way they used to (chickens, not crockpots. Well, maybe.)
Off to feed the horse watermelon (he likes it) and lettuce (not sure.)
Have a great Sunday!
I never thought of checking for a byo.
It’s a science, not an art. Back when I used to edit nuclear weapons safety manuals for the Navy, a misplaced modifier could, in theory, have vaporized the East Coast. (In real life, the sailors weren’t diagramming the sentences, anyway.)
So few people do, and yet, they’re everywhere.
