We have Mojave Max (instead of Punxatawnee Phil) to let us know that summer is here. Max is a desert tortoise, and hibernates in the winter. He won’t come out until the ground is warm enough to warm his blood all the way through his body.

He’s rather endearing, in an ugly sort of way...

I’m a little tired (what’s new?) but not too bad. I’m up and dressed, but we’ve already had a power failure this morning, so I think we are going to have a hot summer.

I have both fans running, now but they are on Low. Just enough move the air.

How are things in your house? Did you manage to get Bill up and moving?

Yes, Bill got out the door on time. I’ve been watching some videos on the Beeber with the byos, but took a break to give Kathleen a bath.

Pat is “eradicating and jettisoning” flies for us.

That should keep Patrick busy for a bit. I’m sure he may even take his lightning reflexes outside and see if he can lure some unsuspecting insects into his trap. What a concept!

I’m going to walk down to a new store I found. Farther than the 7/11 but cheaper and larger.

"Flamingos and aardvarks are incompatible?"

It was our Undead Thread topic for May of last year.

They said anteater, but that's only because they don't speak Dutch in Sweden.

North Central / Central / lower Midwest

· ~29-30th a very significant blast of warm air
towards NE gives an exceptional heatwave
for the time of year in central and East parts
extending to Great Lakes / NE regions
including South Canada.

Yes, there a correlation but it can not been seen easily. Using Cartesian coordinate system if you look down the z axis it will appear to be a circle. View from the x axis if will appear to be a rectangle, and finely viewing from the y axis it will appear to be a triangle. The material it is made from will determent it’s function.

The aspect of this is clearly illustrated here the geometric squares and diamonds or triangles of this crop circle. It is just after nine can one be incoherent a rational at the same time. All birthdays are rational.

It’s going to reach at least 100 today, and that means my A/C will go beserk. I have the thermostat set at 86, but that doesn’t seem to be high enough. Our low last night (this am) was 72.

At the humidity will be low. It feels very nice out right now.
