A Los Angeles gay rights organization has protested the decision by Manhattan Beach police to release -- and many local media to publish -- the names and photos of 18 men arrested in an undercover sex sting at a public restroom.
Leaders of the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center charged that last week’s release of the mug shots, names and birthdates of the men could lead to public humiliation and more severe consequences.
The social service agency said one of the arrestees had reported to them that a fellow suspect attempted suicide after the results of the sting were made public. A center official said Monday that he had no additional details about the suicide report.

I don’t get the bathroom thing either - if we had unisex bathrooms I have a difficult time picturing men and women getting together for sex in those bathrooms - the whole thing is completely bizarre IMHO.

I've always thought that a diving board, and a box with instructions to put their ID in it before they go over the edge, because the body is usually so shattered IF it's recovered, might actually serve to cut down on divers.

In the UK so many faggots were doing the nasty in public bathrooms it made it nasty for oridnary people who needed to use them (what to speak of the danger for kids going in). So the faggots in the UK made the claim that anonymous sodomy in public bathrooms is an intrinsic part of "gay culture" and they should be legally allowed to continue. I don't know what the outcome was. What needs to happen is a moral revolution and sodomy needs to once again be illegal. Keep the perversion in the dark alleys and closets and dungeons where it belongs.

In clubs, heterosexual sex in the bathrooms is common. Obviously no children are around. In a club, you get dressed nice, dance and make out to get with women.
Most women need at least some ‘foreplay’ and a decent setting. Women also care more if you mess around with other women. Men don’t care as much about that stuff so gay guys are perfectly fine “cruising” for multiple partners in any public bathroom 24/7.
If there was a free place to meet multiple women for sex(and not even have to dress up to do it), many men wouldn’t care if it was a public bathroom. But women don’t work that way at all...

I recall, one evening while waiting for rush hour to die down before heading home, I was on my way to the library at my university (this was about a couple of years ago, I think shortly after I began graduate school) and took a brief trip into the nearby Arts & Humanities building to use the restroom.
The stall I used had a similar hole, and some of the etchings ‘advertised’ a particular time of the week.
Once I realized what the hole and message signified, I bolted out of there as quickly as I could.
Never used a restroom in the building again.
