The whole objective here is to control and limit food supply. If it's not an actual stated objective, at the very least it will be an unintended consequence. Given the growth in population and the development of growing nations, we need more cows, not less. The whole scam of CO2 in the atmosphere is completely discredited nonsense having nothing to do with science so much as the apocalyptic wet dreams of a few insane, socialist control freaks.
People attempting to broach the subject should be verbally tarred and feathered. People who act on it, depriving starving children of yet another potential life saving source of nourishment, deserve a far worse fate.
The goal is so damned transparent that even a high school sophomore should be able to understand the evil machinations that goes on with ANY government program.
