No Toxic Avenger??
“EARLY JAMES BOND MOVIES)”
A strong hetero dude surrounded by beautiful chicks wanting to shag same hetero dude..this is un-pc? Libtards today are just pussshy galore.
Animal House. Racist, misogynistic, and homophobic (’You homo!’)
Kentucky Fried Movie was pretty fun, too. At least the portion entitled, “A Fistful Of Yen.” “What was that? This is not a chawade. We need total concentwation. Now, once more, but dis time, wif feewing.” ;)
The reason why it belongs on the list, the politically incorrect part, is the plot. Greedy corrupt politicians and hangers on wish to steal the land of private citizens in order to build a railroad, and the towns people fight back. Does anyone think landowners in present day central California would be portrayed positively if they interfered with a high speed rail line?
One of our favorite films is “Sargent York” with Gary Cooper.
The scene during the war, after he has captured all the Nazis and one of them throws off a grenade and York just shoots the enemy, no questions asked, no reading him his rights, just quick and honest justice for a cowardly act in war.
Nowadays, York would be brought up on charges and court martialed.
Love that movie and love that scene.
The Un PC Comedy Album of the Century...
Don Rickles "Hello Dummy"

Bump!
How about the charecter that Mickey Rooney played in Breakfast at Tiffanys. He played the part of a buck toothed Japanese man with thick glasses. He looked like the Japanese in World War II propaganda posters. They don’t make movies like that any more.
Whoever created this list seems to be seriously suggesting that there is something so wrong with these movies that they must not be screened.
Have America sunk that far?
“Breakfast at Tiffanys” is one of the ten best films of American cinema.
How about the Pink Panther movies? Clouseau’s “little yellow friend”? Oh that’s right - it’s OK to make fun of Asians.
Yeah, I love Seller's Panther movies, but after seeing a few scenes recently after not seen them for many years, some of those lines are cringeworthy.
I didn’t know that Nazis were involved in World War 1.
LOL, Germans. Forgot which war it was, sorry:(
Surprised that got made when it did. And I hear a sequel is in the works. Great film!
And I hated it when they bombed Pearl Harbor!
Mark
Of course that is not to mention all the contemptuous homo references......"Why don't you go back to your faggot 1st platoon?"
Ok, Ok, no need to pile on the ridicule for my mistake:)
I get it! I get it!
Haven’t ever seen that film.
I think we will find that there are WAY more than 18 films from the past that couldn’t be made today in the same form as the original.
But, hey, Hollywood is so devoid of any new ideas, they will probably take this list and use it as a start and remake them all in full liberal PC banality.
I’m surprised “Mandingo” (1975) didn’t make the list. BTW, even though she was crazy, Susan George was hot!
Wonderful! Thanks for the link!
Everything about Sargent York is perfect. One of the best movies of all time.
Agree on the crap from Hollywood. I have not sat in a theater since Dances with Wolves, and never see any newer releases of anything to bother renting. A wasteland of gen-X/Y/Z garbage.
“So he blew a little whistle and they came down and began to gather around and throw down their guns and belts. All but one of them came off the hill with their hands up, and just before that one got to me he threw a little hand grenade which burst in the air in front of me.
I had to tech him off. The rest surrendered without any more trouble. There were nearly 100 of them.”

“2084”, the movie version of “Harrison Bergernon”, with a “General Handicapper” who MAKES everyone equal
Birth of a Nation (D.W. Griffith)
Network (Sidney Lumet)
Seven Days in May (John Frankenheimer)
All of these a little too close to the truth, viewed from today...
One of the most prophetic scenes ever, more relevant today than ever

Started reading and couldn’t stop! Thanx for posting!
It really irritates me that liberals can only tolerate black people in the role of paragons, no wonder they like the Big O so much.
I’m not going to claim that GWTW is a documentary, but the fact is that Mammy is one of the most important (and good - in fact Mammy is a paragon) characters in both the book and the movie. I would say she is the 5th most important character after Scarlett, Rhett, Melanie and Ashley. For crying out loud Hattie McDaniel won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar (tradmark!) for that part. In 1939! Do they really think she was given an Oscar for playing a fool?
As to Prissy and her famous line “I don’t know nothing ‘bout birthing babies” the fact is Melanie (a frail woman) is going to have a baby pretty much in the middle of the siege of Atlanta and Prissy has been bragging that she’s very familiar with this and has helped bring many children into the world. Well, of course she never has.
It’s a laugh line in the middle of a crisis (and in fact if that actress hadn’t been as good as she was nobody would have remembered it, she’s like innumerable boastful teenage girls since time immemorial) but to The Left it’s an irredeemable sign of how RACIST ALL AMERICANS ARE AND ALWAYS WILL BE AND ONCE AGAIN WE’LL BE REVEALED AS SUCH IF WE VOTE OBAMA OUT OF OFFICE OR THE NEXT LEFTIST DEM OR DON’T GIVE SOME OTHER ACTRESS AN OSCAR, ETC. ETC. ETC.
So, who can put up with this cr*p? They are insufferable.
PS to my own post, I looked a little further and as I suspected McDaniel beat out Olivia DeHavilland for best supporting actress for GWTW. And, to my mind, DeHavilland is really the best thing about the picture. Her portrayal of Melanie, who is very two dimensional in the book, is amazing; she makes her into a real person.
This is one of the few movies I put in the "perfect" category...its a work pf art where not one scene or exchange of dialogue can be improved in any way IMO...it's as good as it gets.
What about Charlie Chan films? or Tarzan pictures I must admit I did like the Gabonee Tribe—they didn’t take anything from anyone—They only respected Tarzan—they would kill you and sing and play drums while they were doing it.
I saw it (part of it!) on cable TV. During the boobs-in-the-shower scene, my TV blew out.
Well, yeah! Right after they bombed Pearl Harbor!
Red Dawn’s been remade. The bad guys are now North Koreans.
Dagnabit!
Guess I’ll never get to see “History of the World, Part II”
I clicked on the thread specifically to see if Blazing Saddles was in the list.
Will now go look at the article.
