Here is an apercu of the conference semifinals schedule. I would like to encourage everyone to hop on the beardwagon and root for my Preds tonight in Phoenix. However, if you like a lot of scoring, this series is not for you.

When I became aware of politics
My very first aperçu of ‘rats
Was to liken them to bolcheviks-
Who just wore different hats

My opinion has not changed-
They’ve got the same old smell-
Of dirty favors and corruption
And a whiff of stuff from hell

Some things really never change
They just change form as required-
Like the shape-shifter in chief
Who still needs to be fired...

Speak of the devil-dumbass is blabbing at the military again with Michelle Antoinette standing there, too. I turned it off and turned on classic rock. I’d love to know what most of the active military in other states thinks of him-I know what the ones from here think...

You would think so but in my opinion most of these kids have been carried along because of their talent and few have earned grades or a position. It is just more free stuff like they have been handed all of their lives so it doesn’t mean much. They can shower Mama with a new house and buy cars, sadly drugs - women will get pregnant on purpose to get on the cash train without giving much thought to the child without a Daddy. A professional will handle their money and their legal issues, an agent will handle their career - all they have to do is get out there and perform like they have always done.

I had turned it on in hopes of getting some news while I went through some bids, but all I got was that drivel-the music is a better working background anyway-even got an earworm “Money for nothing and your chicks for free”...

Those facts are painfully obvious every time they speak into a microphone. I don’t think they could pass a HS speech class, much less any college level work.

oh, dang. tomorrow night I have my second, and last, banquet to run. I should be home in time to see the end anyway. I have to stand up and roast some of my guys from the fire department. I hope I don’t embarrass myself.

I don’t have to leave for the banquet till about 5:30, I will see most of it then. While I am rehearsing my gag gift speeches in my head. Yikes, what have I gotten myself into.
