>>The best way is the “Budwig formula,” which is simply thoroughly blended flax oil and whole milk cottage cheese<<

Do you think I could use Yogurt instead of the cottage cheese?
Real yogurt, like Lebanese?

I just bought some and now I need to know how you used it and how often. On the nail, around the nail or exactly how. It smells pretty strong and when hubs bought it the sales woman told him it can kill nerve endings and to be careful. My nail is curling back under itself and is about impossible to cut it us so thick. Constant ingrown nails.

I believe, personally, that live yogurt would be an improvement. The cottage cheese is for emulsification of the flax oil, and to supply MSM and CLA, both of which are also in the yogurt if it is from whole milk, not skim.

The Budwig purists do not agree with me :o)

I just squirted it under the nail with the problem every night. Just try to get it to drip between the skin and the nail as best you can. I guess it gets through because a fungus I had for years disappeared. Seems to me it took a couple of months.

A manicurist once told me that Vik’s Vapo Rub also works.

Pool chemical is Sodium Carbonate, NOT sodium bicarbonate. Big difference as the bicarbonate is a buffer whereas the carbonate is much more alkaline and should NOT be ingested.

Arm and Hammer sells a 12 pound bag of pure baking soda, sold in the pool area, that they advertise on the bag is for pools, laundry, a scrub, etc. It is pure baking soda.

Try magnesium chloride for the knee. It is amazing for curing skin maladies. MgCl2 will absorb through the skin. For more detailed info see http://www.ancient-minerals.com. I might add for general consumption that sodium bicarbonate (aluminum free) is only one step in restoring alkalinity to the body. I'm a believer in the cancer IS fungus camp, but diet is the only way to truly rid the body of acidity.

Use baking soda and instant tea crystals mixed with water in a pump sprayer to treat lawn fungus.

I’d recommend putting iodine on it. It seems to cure a lot of things that seem incurable. It works great topically on skin abnormalities.

I agree. Try the highest dose of Lugol's you can find.

There is research supporting the theory that iodine prevents breast cancer. My wife began taking it to that end and felt so good she insisted I give it a try. I have to admit that I feel much healthier since I started taking an iodine/postassium iodide pill(iodoral) each day. I don't know if the iodoral will help everyone, but I do think everyone should at least give it a try. I feel twenty years younger. We have noticed so many unexpected health benefits. My wife (NY Times crossword whiz) has even noticed that her memory's noticeably sharper.

Great. By this time next year, the FDA will be regulating baking soda and it will be unavailable without a prescription.

I have tried iodine. I have tried magnesium oil from Swanson’s that comes from the Ancient Zechstein Sea. I have tried Vick’s Vapor Rub which seems to help the best.

I think it does better when I don’t do high fructose corn syrup in foods.

Going to get some test strips and see what my PH level is..

They luv the stuff!
