Father God, your Word tells us

LORD we look to thee for grace, forgiveness, blessing, mercy, healing, for comfort, wisdom, ,,, it is Thee LORD that has all the answers, and goodness, righteousness, Holiness, Help us LORD, we are weak, cleanse us of our sins and lead us in the path of righteousness, we thank Thee, we thank thee, we thank Thee, Watch over us and keep us in Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Hi everyone at Amy’s Place.

Prayer request for my relatives in Colorado Springs.
My Aunt Mickey is there and she has left her home.

The map link here shows the evacuation zone and her home is very close to the evac area. She is in the lower right corner that is bordered by Garden of the Gods road on the north,I-25 on the east and W.Filmore on the south. Her house is in that area that is not blue yet, but is the cut-out corner to the lower right with evacs to the west and north of her. She has fled to my cousin’s home a couple miles to the east and south. She has 2 sons and 9 grandchildren and a little doggie named Henri.

Her little home is so nice and I pray she is spared from having it burn up.

God Bless all those in Colorado Springs and bring this wildfire to an end soon.

A few months after Mother died, a Hospice member rang the door bell, she had an ornament for the Christmas decorations with Mother's name on it, and invited me to a remeberamce ceremony at their chapel. It was thoughtful, kind, and the ones doing it received as much from it as those they did it to bless. Very thoughtful. Kindness is given freely and is welcome always.

and all in harms way be kept safe.

My daughter and her husband had to evacuate last summer because of wilfires nearby..I remember well my night of concern...and another night when they were packed and ready to evacuate again.
Of course the scale of the Colo fire is much larger.
I pray God’s comfort and strength for those who have lost their homes.

We have those Snakes here, and Some of them Look Huge; Occasionally I'll Meet One of them on the Walking Path, and I Carefully Give it a Wide Berth!
The Last One I Saw was a Few Weeks Ago; it was Crawling Across the Concrete Porch, and I Stayed Inside until it had Gone on its Way.

They're Valuable for Keeping the Mice Population in Check, but I Keep them as Far Away from me as I can, Lol.

That Sounds like it could have Happened to me! We have Large Spiders here that have a Stripe Down their Back, and they Move Like Lightning.
If One Runs Up my Leg, and I'm Holding Anything at the Time, it will Probably Hit the Ceiling, Lol!

I had never seen one so the size would have really intimidated me if I had been outside..
I just caught my scaredy kitty Smokie..in a lengthy stalk position watching some old sandals outside where the snake had the end of its tail..
It was a real event for my kitties! LOL
I haven’t had a mouse problem ..Perhaps the snake is why.
