I'm not carrying any water for Penn State or Paterno. You can download the report, which I did. I'll read all of it later today. But a word search for "homosexual", "gay", or "pederast" turns up 0 hits. "predator" appears 4x. I heard a South Florida sports talk-radio discussion of this topic about 3 days ago, and they referred to "child abuse" and "sexual abuse of children" and never mentioned that Sandusky was exclusively molesting and abusing boys. To date I have not heard any suggestion that he abused young (or old, for that matter) females. How hard are the media, and the Freeh investigation, working to circumnavigate the 800-lb. gorilla in the living room - homosexual abuse of young boys?

The Penn State scandal has a lot of implications for current public policy. Take for instance the recent change in military policy allowing Gays to serve openly in the services. Now you know if a male drill instructor or a platoon sergeant sodomizes a young male recruit/enlisted serving in his unit we are only going to hear the terms “abuse of authority” or “assault”. You’re not going to hear “rape” or “sodomy” because that would bring the entire policy into question. This will happen eventually.

The Media doesn’t want the public thinking too deeply about the implications of the PSU scandal.

I can sum it all up with five words:

“Sandusky Blew And Paterno Knew”.

Let that be Paterno’s lasting legacy: providing unrestricted access to young boys.
