Eat right, work out 6-7 days per week lots of cardio which improves blood circulation and start a heavy weight lifting program. Drop the fat which lowers testosterine production (fat increases estrogen production in males)

I have been working the Hay diet. Objective being keeping your blood 70 percent alkaline. Outlines how acidic blood leads to disease, constant tiredness, and many other problems.
I can attest to the validity of natural healing. However my case is not clinically documented so anything I say would not hold up to any real scrutiny. But no matter, I have healed my body, am pain free and no longer require double by pass surgery.
So. . . To all those doctors who do not believe in alternative and natural healing methods can kissing my behind. They are not real practitioners of medicine nor health care.

I have a cancer in me as we speak. I’m going in Monday to have it removed. It turns out that I have the misfortune to have a gene that leads to 100% cancer risk over time and we didn’t identify it until there was already cancer.
So far my tests look good, it is probably either stage 1 or 2. With modern treatment, my 5 year survival outlook is either 95% or 66% based on the stage. If I don’t get this cut out and treated my 2 year survival outlook is 10%.
I am a Christian and I feel at peace with whatever God chooses for me but on the other hand, I wear my seatbelts because I feel there is still work for me to do on this ball of mud. I’ll get the cancer out and do the chemo if needed for the same reason. Your perspective changes when you get the diagnosis, trust me.
Feel free to pray for me though, I trust in that for my spiritual and physical health.
