I’m not sure what they were using for metrics, but I read an article once that said the most efficient predator in the entire animal kingdom was a mother cat, with kittens to feed.

We had a tortoise shell cat who had several litters of kittens before we fixed her. As the kittens got bigger, we would notice piles of feathers in our back yard. The cat was obviously eating out to supplement her regular meals.

I read an article once that said the most efficient predator in the entire animal kingdom was a mother cat, with kittens to feed. They overlooked the obvious, THE HUMAN RACE! We are the king of the hill when it comes to killing. We're so good at it that the only reason the race survived this long is women are fertile twelve times a year.

PS Don't believe me? What other species is capable of sterilizing the entire planet of all life?
